manual hard reset:
press hold power button+volume up or down
if may home button key cp mo isama mo narin un
if software hanap mo flashing po tawag dun
xda.developers po kau maghanap type niyo lang unit niyo sa search button nila lalabas na software dun + tut's how to make it work.

You can try this tool sir Sony Flashtool. Though i only use it for reflashing ftf. Yan lang tool na alam ko aside sa pc companion and emma flash tool for sony phones. I believe sony phones do not support hard reset via volume buttons unless you've installed real recovery for sony devices.

you can actually reset your phone in fastboot mode at gamit ang fastboot software and drivers (download and install first). command prompt based.
enter your phone into fastboot mode, tapos connect ang phone via USB to your PC.
papadala ka lang ng fastboot command
fastboot devices
fastboot erase userdata
fastboot erase cache
fastboot reboot

Mga sir I have a problem installing xperua companion on my PC. Sinasabi na pag ininstall ko yung XC any nalabas name error is dlldirectory cannot be located kernel32 pano po sang gagawin ko? Thank you po stock lang po sang xperia e3 ko sa opening then mamamatay tapos mag on ulit Pero paulit ulit lng
