lucid dreaming: the act of being conscious while dreaming, and when you know you are just dreaming, you are free to do everything you want
even things in the real world that you cant do like flying, breathing underwater, being immortal, travel to places you never went to, everything. Your imagination is the limit

BEFORE WE PROCEED TO THE TECHNIQUES, WE SHOULD KNOW FIRST THE FUNDAMENTALS
1. The dream journal- para po siyang diary pero ung mga napanaginipan natin ang ilalagay natin dito, it should be detailed. Ano gamit nito? it enhance the dream recall, ano po ang sense ng pagiging lucid kung di naman natin maalala ung mga napanagipan natin
2. Reality Checks- ito naman po ung mga gagawin natin para ma test kung nanaginip tau, halimbawa pisilin natin ung ilong natin at subukan huminga, syempre pag naka hinga ka ibig sabihin nanaginip ka. ano ang gamit nito? Gagawin po natin to lagi para maging hobby na natin na kahit sa dream ay subconsciously natin tong magagawa, at pag nalaman ng conscious mind natin na imposible tong mangyari sa real life, matri-trigger ung lucidity natin within the dream
type of reality checks:
1. trying to levitate
2. Nose pinch while trying to breathe
3. Checking your watch, minsan sa panaginip mas mabilis yung hand ng clock at iba din ung nakasulat na numbers
4. Passing through walls
5. Counting your fingers in hand
3. Developing Self awareness, paki search na lng haha, medyo mahirap i-define
