Bola Bola

Gabi - grated
Oregano, Garlic, Sibuyas na pula - minced
Salt & Pepper to taste
(Optional) Ground Pork (tanggal ang taba/balat)

Pag haluhaluin lang ang mga sangkap. Ang tamang luto nito ay flat hindi pabilog. Pag ginawa mo siyang pabilog na parang meat balls sunog na ang labas pero hindi pa luto sa loob. Walang exact amount ang recipe. Tantyahan lang talaga. Maglagay lang ng maliit na amount sa tinidor at saka ito i prito.

Egg scramble- saute onion slice next kamatis slice put bate/scramble egg w/salt, put to casserole mixed, wait till dry then platten to casserole, off the gas, ready to serve as ulam or pulutan :D
 
Fried Tokwa with Kangkong

Ingredients:
Kangkong (tanggalin ang stem na matigas gaya ng ginagawa niyo sa sinigang)
Tokwa (Iprito at hiwain)
Mama Sita's Oyster Sauce (Kahit yung nasa maliit na sachet lang)
Bawang (chopped)
Pepper (optional)

Procedure:
1. Pagkatapos maprito ang tokwa. Hanguin at hiwain kahit gaano kalaki ang preferred niyo
2. Igisa ang bawang sa pinagprituhan ng tokwa. Kung maraming mantika siyempre bawasan niyo :lol:
3. Ilagay ang tokwa at kangkong
4. Lagyan ng konting tubig. Wait lang ng ilang minutes para maluto yung kangkong
5. Ilagay ang oyster sauce at isunod ang paminta.
6. Serve :thumbsup:

Paksiw na Pata

Ingredients:
-Pata ng baboy - nasa iyo kung unahan o hulihan pata. Ipa-chop ng 3 to 4 pieces.
-Suka - Datu Puti(mas matapang) or Silver Swan (smooth lang)
-Pamintang buo - 3 Boston
-Asin or patis to taste - your choice
*Banana blossom - bulaklak ng saging (pwede ring wala)
*Asukal kung nais yung sweet and sour style - your choice ulit
*Dahon ng Laurel (optional) - para hindi masyadong suka ang amoy at lasa...

Procedure:(Ito yung pamamaraan ko)
1. Ensure malinis yung pata ng baboy at sapat ang laki ng kaserola na gagamitin.
2. Ilagay sa kaserola yung suka at pamintang buo. Yung sa iba, pinagsasama-sama na at pakuluan na lang hanggang lumambot, yung method ko, pakuluan muna yung suka (2 minutes) kasama yung paminta at laurel para medyo bawas yung acidity saka ko balansehin ng tubig at asin.
3. Then yung pata, ilagay. pakuluan hanggang sa lumambot.

Ito yung ibang way ng paksiw na pata:
You will need:

1 kilo pork pata (pork legs), cut into serving sizes
3 cups water
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp patis (fish sauce)
1 cup vinegar
1 head garlic, crushed and peeled
4 bay leaves (laurel)
1 tspn black peppercorns
1 pork bouillon cube
1 tbsp sugar
salt, pepper, and vetsin (MSG)
1/2 cup bulaklak ng saging (banana blossoms)
How to prepare:

Place the pork in a large saucepan. Add all the ingredients except the banana blossoms. Cover with a lid. Bring it to a boil. Do not stir.
Turn down the heat when it starts boiling. Simmer for about 10 minutes more before stirring. Cook meat until tender.
Taste to check if it needs more salt, sugar, pepper, etc.
Add the banana blossoms. Simmer for another 5-10 minutes.
Serve with rice.
