Q2BBCQ4EFPS is a compound linkage. Q2 and Q4 are fixed centers on a horizontal line with Q4 7.5 inches to the right of Q2. Q2B, 3.5 inches long, oscillates above Q2. 2. A candidate lost in election where 400 delegates voted. The same delegates having voted again on the same questio,he won one half of what he had lost before.the new majority was to the former as 9:10.how many delegates changed their minds?

base sa pagkakaintindi ko sa question 1;

A = lowest bid
B = higher bid

equation 1 sum of all bids is 15K

A+B = 15,000

equation 2 - a dicounts 5%, b dicounts 10%, a still wins by 1/4 of lowest bidders reduced price


0.95A + (0.95/4)A = 0.9B

solve mo nalang.
