2. A candidate lost in election where 400 delegates voted. The same delegates having voted again on the same questio,he won one half of what he had lost before.the new majority was to the former as 9:10.how many delegates changed their minds?

Mga SIR/MAM engineer or symbianiazer. Meron po ba ditong pedeng mahingian ng tulong about sa OJT. Mechanical engineering po form calasiao , pangasinan. OJT ko po sana nagyon. gusto ko sana mag patulong kung san ba maganda mag OJT yung marame ka matututunan. or kung sino me kakilala sana na pede mag pasok sakin sa OJT. salamat po ng marame sa makakatulong ))
