Kung may servers and network infra na kau better in house na lang pero kung wala pa mas cheaper and less maintenance kung naka cloud.

Try mo rin check google app service $3 dollars/month/user na lang. di pa hustle and less spam.
kapag nag create ka kasi ng sariling mo mail server dapat meron ka ring matinding security layers and lalo na yung anti-spam.

kung marami end users mo better gawa ka ng vlan para segregate mo by depatment para less ang broadcast nya.
Tapos sa servers separate vlan din (check mo DMZ zone)

Kung budget sensitive company nyo tol mag on-premise ka na pero kung naglalabas namn ng pera boss nyo go for cloud kasi less sakit ng ulo yun.
sa on-premise namn medjo sasakit ulo mo pero matututo ka paano itroubleshoot.
