mga mahilig sa basketball.. tanong lang kayo sasagutin ko

marami kasing nutrients na nakukuha sa saba... it acts as a reserve for your body na ma replenish mga nagagamit nating energy while playing... alternative? drink water with a pinck of salt para di ka ma dehydrate sa game.


nhiknax... natawa ako dito sa tanong mo... well so far may mga alam akong players na talagang bading pero pagnag laro talagang lalake... during the game hindi mo talaga malalaman yan... after the game mo na malalaman... hehehe

Pag hinaharas ka ba pwede mo sabihin mo tama na? Lagi kasi akong tinatao eh.

coach ano magandang gawin pag ung binabantayan mo eh sobrang likot, ung likot na nakakasakit na, sumusugod una ulo balikat eh katigas pa naman nun kaya malakas ang loob bumangga d naman ako makatawag ng charging kasi laro laro lang at wala naman po ref
 
sa larong kalye nyakz... wala tayong charging kaya maganda, i foul mo nalang... wag mo lang papa angatin ang bola baka maka shoot pa... pag nakikipagbang gaan makipagbang gaan karin.. gamitin mo ang chest mo dito sa pakikipagbang gaan... another one, pag dum rive... hampasin mo ang kamay na kunyari bola ang hinahampas mo... ingat ka lang baka mapaaway ka pero its basketball talagang may ganyan
 
ayus to huh....nice one TS ako po mahilig din maglaro basketball, IT ako d2 sa company namen pero syempre di mawawala ang paglalaro part na nang buhay

about dribbling hehe since maliit ako at medyo may kbilisan yun din ang gusto kong ienhance mali pala ako na ang basic ng pagddribble eh yung mag dribble ako gamit yung kamay na di ako sanay...hehe yun pala dapat finger by finger...... ayus yun TS madame ako matututunan sa thread na to, yun nalang talaga kulang ko mataas ako tumalon kahit maliit ako gusto mabilis ako parang kabayo ehehe

Coach.. VERY VERY NICE THREAD!!!!! dami ko pong natutunan sa inyo. Hilig ko po talaga ang basketball. tanong ko lang po kung anong bola maliban sa basketball ang gagamitin para maimprove ang pagdribble ko?? kailangan ba maliit na bola katulad ng tennis ball??? thanks in advance coach.. :)
 
TS I have 2 questions:

1. How to improve stamina? I prefer long range shots, I might try too hard on defense and yet it doesn't work sometimes (what I observe though is that the opposing team can't pass to my man if I just follow him around to conserve stamina), pero madali akong hingalin.
2. Ano po yung mga common na plays na ginagamit ng mga coach ng HS ball clubs? Kasama ba dun yung 4-1 offense (pag isa lang ang matangkad sa starting five).

di ako si coach sir pero payo ko lang sa iyo ginawa ko para ma increase stamina ko ay burpees at circuit training. i guess if im in coach's place i suggest you do suicides NO not the kill yourself but the RUN UP and DOWN the court. maraming ways pero na sa iyo kung paano mo masosolve problema mo hehe :)
 
thanks guys for staying in this thread... and ive been busy lately with basketball clinics and leagues..


renz.... to improve dribbling first palakasin mo grip mo... you can grab a tennis ball and squeeze it from time to time. also biking is good for the grip, the simplest is kuha ka ng towel, isabit mo and bumitin ka hanggat kaya...


ninjaluc.... first tignan mo muna ang body physics mo and cut some fats, to start about stamina the basic is simply jogging "never walk" and set a goal, dont stop kung masakit na ang sikmura mo until hindi natatapos ang oras.. the idea is introduce the pain to your body as a normal thing in basketball, dont worry everybody that plays feel that pain kaya lang they are trained na kayanin... and next if okay kana for example 30 min jog, next week go for an hour and so on... after the jog always do extra work like sprint base line to baseline , dapat 10 secs lang, do this for 5 reps to start... suicide is also good.. also jumping ropes...

....................about plays, i am a coach na titignan ko at pinagaaralan kung what is the best play for my team, the common now is the primary offense which is pagkakuha ng bola takbo agad for the easy shot, to win a game control the rebound, and be fast for an easy shot, eto ang pinaka effective for high schools... now a days guys daig ng mabilis ang matangkad lang.

suupermann........... back read tayo, and t give you an idea, first dapat alam mo ang proper ball handling... and simply keep practicing... walang magic para magic shooter, it always takes a good practice for you to improve...

ask ko lang kung anu-ano mga types of coaches like greg popovich,phil jackson etc. at may alam ba kayo na site para duon coureous lang naman kasi iba iba sila eh may mahilig sa defense at mahilig sa offense na coach

senju most of all coaches are focused on defense... bonus nalang ang offense



iwantbone............... backread tayo, palakasin mo legs and abdominal mo for jumping




mcgreedy........ hindi naman masama pero mahapdi kasi acidic ang pawis natin
 
saan po ba pwedeng makabili ng ankle weights na bakal ang laman? naghanap na po ako sa tobys at olympic village, puro buhangin ang laman...nababawasan po kasi ang laman, at nagpuputik at makalat pag ginamit na..tnx po:noidea:
