i do nun chucks also brother, also bokken back in the days.

on which team are you in right now? Sub sports? alliance? hybrid yaw yan? yawyan buhawi?
we have a lot here in the Philippines. specially in Metro Manila.

i usually cross train before in some of the top gyms in Manila like SSP and MAP ultra and los banos.

BULLSHIT ANG GOBYERNO NATIN PAG DATING SA SPORTS. kaya nga may SUNTOK GINTO advocacy. akalain mong private pa ang nag create nito para lang mapromote ang pinas.tsk tsk..puro kasi patabaan ng wallet lang ang nalalaman ng mga nahalal na yan.

yeah you're right.. some of filipinos dont want to learn this stuffs because its very easy to get a gun here..

i love practical shooting also and been a member (former) of PPSA and CSC..

i also been into airsoft and hunting back in the days.

MMA scene in the philippines is very active back then, when the late GM topher ricketts and his Bakbakan team always visiting dojo's for sparring. i remember they cant beat yawyan before.

i'm a hypocrite if i told you this is free.

i teach MMA, YES. but i always teach people for free.. they just need to provide place, water and a little snack after the session.

most of the time i teach for free.. i only have few private students now. and i also train, because in this sports, we always have room for improvement. and everything is evolving

i also teach knife fighting and full street fighting. they say its like krav maga, but its not. the technique is from filipino martial art KALI.

martial arts fanatic din ako...kaso wala me formal training......father ko ay brown belter sa okinawan karate noon..3days nya lang me tinuruan then nagpunta na sya ng saudi simula non naging interesado me sa marial arts...sa sobrang fanatic ko kinopya ko yung books ng frend ko about martial arts...konting moves lang alam ko sa chaku...di ko rin alam kung magagamit ko sa tunay na laban....di kasi me napapaaway e...mabait kasi ako.....sana po promote nyo yung arnis.....

if you read the first post bro, im also an arnis/kali eskrima practitioner, and teach one in a while..

we can always meet halfway if ever.. i already did a few free seminars.. its actually good, because we can share what we know and bring camaraderie.

nag te train ka so meaning may coach ka. Ask your Kru on how to improve your kicks first.


in my opinion naman. stretch then do 50 kicks in one leg and 50 kicks in the other leg.

but ask your Kru first.. he will surely help you.

Dapat magfocus ang mga teens at adult dito. Sa sobrang dami na ng mga loko loko ngayun kailangan natin ng education on how to defend our self. I have a gun pero hindi naman sa lahat ng oras at lugar may dala.
Gusto ko matutunan ang knife fighting at BJJ.
