BEATS AUDIO for those who have problem in flashing via CWM.
For those who flashed via CWM, please check if the files are pushed in their respective locations and check if permissions are set correctly.

Q. Is it legal?
A. Well, I am not a lawyer nor the one who ripped it. So don't ask me.
Q. Does it work?
A. Well yes and no. Yes, if you follow the directions properly. No, if your not that keen in noticing differences between sounds and to lazy to read on, disregarding correct procedures. Wah!
Q. I don't Have Beats Headset. Will I still be able to notice the difference?
A. Again, Yes and No. This mod does not require Beats Headset, this only serves as an equalizer therefore it's all software. But it's a must to have a good pair of earphones and an impeccable sense of hearing.
Q. I found this mod at a different site. Why bother taking these steps, while I can flash this using CWM?
A. The file that you found contains a different update-binary and updater-script, therefore making it difficult to flash across all Gingerbread Devices. I won't bother making a tutorial on how to append those files, because it involves extracting those binaries from your rom. Let's keep it simple and utilize what we have.
Q. It's not working for me, this is crap!
A. Good grief! Get out of these thread, make your life easier and take your trolling elsewhere.
Now, lets start with the obvious.
You Need:
1. Rooted Phone
2. Root Explorer or any file explorer that can go to root and assign permissions.
3. Beats Audio files (get it here) or see the attachment.
4. Common sense (very important)
Steps:
1. Copy the zip file to the root of your sdcard.
2. Unzip files using root explorer or an archiver program. Point to where you extracted the files (commonly found in "extracted" folder).
3. Copy all the files in their respective folders.
/system/bin/
/system/etc/
/system/lib/
/system/etc/audio/
*
do not copy lib files to /system/lib/soundfx/ this will mess up your headset and speaker settings. You will hear audio (headset+speakers) simultaneously.
4.
Mount as R/W. Assign permissions on ALL the files.
For bin files:

5. Once all files are copied and assigned correct permissions, Reboot your phone (off/on method).
Now open your favorite Music Application and be amazed! This mod also works with Volume+ and DSP Managers.
NOTE: Do not install "X-Loud" mod. You will experience crashes/ Force Close on some Music applications (NRG,Playerpro,ttpod,etc).
