Pa HELP po, Gym Routine sa Bahay

Good day

Pwede po pa tulong :help:
ano po magandang routine, eto lang po equipment ko at sa bahay lang po.:)

10 lbs = 4pcs
5 lbs = 4pcs
2 dumbbell bar
1 pcs 4ft starigt bar.

Upper body lang po ung built ko.
tapos gain weight po.
Thanks po sa sasagot.

IBM ko po
Weight = 45 kg
Height = 5'2"
Age = 23
:clap:target weight ko po ay: 55kg:clap:
in 1-2 months.

same tayo brad, start ako 48kgs, 55kgs na ko ngaun nagstart ako 2 months ako, bahay lang din ang gym
2=10lbs
2=15lbs
2=5lbs
ez curl bar gamit ko at dalang dumbell
may situp bench din plus bumili ako promatrix mass advance 1st month and ON serious mass 2nd month tapos madaming kain

magsimula ka sa magaan para madevelop muna paunti unti ang muscles at iba pang sangkap ng katawan mo para iwas injury

good start, after 2 months baka kailangan mo ng magdagdag ng disc
barbel bench press, every other day (huwag mo munang gagawin yung fly using dumbel)
military press using barbel pagkatapos mo sa bench press.

squats sa 2nd day
biceps curl using dumbel
core exercises

Sir ako started 3 years ago from 48kg no gym no weight plates...
Body weight exercise lang ako sa bahay nahihiya kasi pong mag gym..
First 1 year ko consistent ako every other day sa routine na ito..
4 sets 5 to 10 min rest per set
25 reps diamond push ups
30 sec to 1 min rest
25 reps normal push ups
30 sec to 1 min rest
25 reps diamond push ups

Bale 300 pushups total non sir.. pwedeng inclined or declined or flat depende sayu..
Pwede in between sets mag core routines ka or any na gusto mo ^_^

After 10 min nung last set...
15 reps archer push ups...

After nyan core exercises..
Any type sir basta maka 100 ako total...
Sit ups crunches leg raise 1 min plank etc..

Tapos arma naman buhat timba ��������

Tas push ups ulit pag malakas pa...
After a year ndi na kita yung ribs ko ��

Tamang kain lang at tamang pagkain dapat....
Gained 10kg di ko sure kung 3 months ata or less... tas maintain ko na yun....


Second year i wanted more...
Ginawa kong 5 days a week... though madaming time na ndi ako naging consistent may weeks na talagang walang exercise bantay diet lang...

Weight ko after nung year na yun na minaintain ko is 70

Nagkafats ako sa 3rd year dahil sa work...

Ngayon strict ako sa diet.. bumili ng resistant bands nd plates 50lbs per hand same routine parin sa dati pero nag a-arms na ako.. mas ok na katawan ko ngayon lost 8kgs pero mas maganda na tignan ngayon mas proportion nadin...
Nalaman ko kasi na hindi lalaki yung katawan mo or certain part ng katawan mo kung i fofocus mo lang lahat don....
Kailangan ma train lahat ng muscle group mo...

Upper body lang din kasi target ko noon :)
