i suggest, low calorie diet and more exercise
diet: less in salt and sugar
exercise: any forms of aerobic exercises that suit your needs:dance: like running, cycling, swimming even fast pace dance:dance:

sit-ups develops ur abdominal muscles po but jogging generally burns fat.. mas epektib pag pinagsabay mo.. but try to remember well balanced diet po dapat..^^
 
sit-ups nga nga tama, dahil abdomen exercise

wrong paps..cardio exercise ang nakakapagpaliit ng tiyan..pinapaganda lang ng sit ups yung abs mo pero di niya aalisin yung taba mo sa tiyan...in the end lalo lang lalaki ang tiyan kung sit ups lang ang gagawin..dapat may cadio din (biking,jogging,running,jump rope etc)

i-google mo ang HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training, mas effective yun kaysa mag cardio ka ng 1-2 hours. 20 minutes lang ang HIIT. kailangan mo muna ma-burn ang fat around your stomach bago lumitaw ang abs. saka dapat iwasan ang junk foods.

exercise like jogging, bawasan ang pagkain ng kanin, take calamansi juice, mag fasting ka but it doesnt mean na whole day kang hindi kakain just skip lang!

problema ko yan dati, disiplina lang pala ang kailangan, disiplina sa pagkain, pag aralang kumain ng tama lang, kahit di gaanong mag exercise ok lang basta't di sobra sobra kumain, pag sobra, yun, laki talaga ang tiyan,,..
 
well there's no easy way to get rid of those unwanted fats on ur belly there's also no secret; key is hit the gym in ur suitable schedule even if it is too early in the morning concentrate on cardio " jogging" "stationary bike" etc.. plus diet lower ur carb intake place ur one meal for example dinner w/ quality foods like fruits proteins
FACT: the more proteins u take the more FATS u burn even if u do light workouts
