Sorry for my not so good modding.
this is my first attempt and I doesnt have
a proper tools, kaya medyo paraanan lang
ang paggawa.









Materials and procedures

Electric Drill/Barena - For boring o pantanggal ng old blind rivet from case "very effective on that way"
Jigsaw - Good for cutting plexi Glass/acrylic w/speed controller para pwede mahinaan.
Angle Grinder - I used this for cutting side,top panel & bezzel pero mas ok kung Rotary tool like "Dremel" Wala ako nun e
Rivet Gun - Specially design for blind rivet injecting
Eye protector - Even sun glasses na clear pamprotect lang sa eyes natin to avoid accident

Philip Screw Driver,Modded Sharp tip screw for boring,
Cutter,Acrylic Cutter and mostly Hand File Round&Flat For Blow Holes.

Bosny Spraypaint- #68 Primer Grey, #39 Black(gloss), #190 Clear
Sand Paper/Liha - Grit(s) 120,220,600,1000 All must be WET SANDING from case & coat to coat
Painters tape/Masking tape? Pang cover sa mga dapat di magasgasan na part.
Plexi Glass/Acrylic - Pre-cut trans white. marami din klase nito kapal at kulay

Propose Cut-off - Mines idea is just made from scratch actually bezzle lang talaga dapat i-p-paint ko jan pero nangati kamay ko at ayun tinuluyan na lahat. Thats why mas unique with your own idea.
As you can see i just used grinder to cut blowholes,Ventholes etc. you can compare the unperfections of not using right tool.
Side panel being taped to avoid scratch marks and chipping of newly painted part.

CutOuts - VentHoles(mobo tray & X vent), Blowholes(bottom,front & top), Side&Top Panel Window, Cable Mngmt Hole(for Psu)

After this Wet sanding/liha-liha na Gamit ang grit na 120-220-1000 wet sanding po gamit tayo ng bucket of water na may konting dish soap, And you need to sand out the old paint atleast 80-90% Some of them prefer
lalo kung yung existing case ng color is different from what will you going to paint and minsan may mga paint na kumukulo o mag oxidate kapag nahaluan ng ibang paint.

Mahirap magbakbak o magtanggal ng existing paint kaya pwede tayo gumamit ng paint removal o stripsol nabibili sa mga hardware 80 Pesos lang po
Which is very effective ito. Ipahid lang at sabay na i-sand but be carefull na di madikit sa kahit anumang part ng body natin yun kasi mahapdi sa balat.

Primering - Ginagawa upang mas maging makapit yung pintura na ilalagay, were talking to this SPRAYpaint,
mahirap kasi magpaint ng steel, gamit ang brushing method. Gawin lang spray first thin coat on clean surface of the case and wait atleast 1-2hrs to sink in then wet sand by 600 grit then let it dry
20-30mins then add the second coat of primer wait and let it dry then wet sand ulit, tapos third coat medyo kapalan na ang pag lagay through and through
again wet sanding and let it dry for a day, para mas tuyo na yung primer before we proceed sa color painting. Focus on sanding mas mapapaganda kasi nito ang kalalabasan ng pinturang ilalagay mo even if it matte or gloss. Mine is trial and error dahil nga first time ko nangangapa pa ako kung paanong mga diskarte ang ia-apply para mas maging OK o maganda kalalabasan ng painting ko.

Color Painting - After a wet sanding and a day of drying we begin to proceed to color painting a yet critical part in which will gonna be the face of your case to be shine or not to be shine.

Maghanda ng maligamgam na tubig at ilagay dun yung bottle of paint, This will cause the paint molecules to atomize as they come out the can and it helps the paint flow better.

Ok Begin with thin coat mine casing is not being take a part but mas maigi na kalasin lahat para yung mga hard to reach area e makayang mapinturahan compare sa ginawa ko. Aplly color coat all over your pc case parts.

+ Don’t overapply the paint. Several thin coats will be more durable than a thick coat, and look better too.
+ Let your paintjob cure properly before doing finish sanding. Primer is designed to be sandable in minutes, but a color or clear coat should be allowed to cure two days before you wet sand it.
+ Always wet sand your work. A little bit of dish soap added to the water will help the sanding block glide over the work easily.

Clear coat painting - After we done 1st,2nd to third or even fouth coat of your color paint. its time to apply now the clear coat, itong final touch na ito ay nakakatulong para maging durable at anti flake or fast chipping ng paint natin!. Dont wet sanding if the next deal is clear coat painting, it will ruin the physical appearance ng color coat kapag pinatungan na ng clear.

You can apply 1,2 or 3 clear coat paint, allow curing of 2 days before apply the second up to last,
After finished the paint job allow it to completely cure for 2-3weeks for better kapit ng paint sa case air drying not to dry directly to the sun may tendency kasing kumulo kapag nainitan ng masyado.

Optional waxing using rubbing compound and carnuba wax para mas makapit yung paint natin,

Acrylic Panelling
I set na propose cut/template then gamitan ng jigsaw
mainam siya sa straight long lines na cutting basta gamit
mong talim is yung n0.1 yung pino. Cut through all the way, then boring holes
ng drill, tapos fittings na -

Kakahiya pero yan lang talaga nakayanan ko, Magsilbing referrencesana itong gawa ko

opo bali spare lang kasi yan may dating pinag gamitan
dito sa bahay bali 3mm siya, pinagtyagaan ko nalang kahit makapal ayun ambigat ng case

Opo Basta kahit naman paunti-unti pwede hanggang matatapos din yan
sa akin 2 months in the making try first before you say you cant, basta lang
kaya mo madiskartehan mga tools,materials etc. kaya yan.

Opo, meron din niyan clear flat kung like mong
wag maging glossy kung matt black color coat mo.

be guided sa pag paint para di madaling machip o mabakbak kagad
is atleast 2-3weeks of curing/drying. before salpakan ng set.
