Mga sir, help naman po regarding this problem.. when i boot my Asus EEE pc this shows:
Windows XP could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt: \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEM
yan lagi lumalabas, ano po ba pwede kong gawin?
1.need na po ba talaga to dalhin sa technician? and how muchpo kaya ang magagastos ko?
2. since, wlang cd-rom drive yung eee pc (notebook) ko is there any other way to fixed this?

I want to help too, since im a graduated of BS COE.
Bro ang problem lang nyan ay hard disk ! since nag bo-boot pa naman siya. Pede mo siya palitan kung gusto mo rekta upgrade na ren, or I format mo siya . Boot mo CD ng OS mo sa CD-ROM.
Note:
Incase talagang nasira na yung laman ng OS at ayaw na ren kumagat ng pag boboot from CD, may isa pang paraan kundi gawin mong external drive yang HDD mo. Bili ka lang sa CD-Rking tapos format mo na. Installan mo ng fresh OS at isalpak mo ulet sa Lappy mo .

May chances na short circuit ung DVD-Rom na sinalpak mo. thats why naapektuhan ang power source.
Try mo siya i-on na naka charge and also in battery mode.
Pag wala paren, worst prob. eh Short circuit na ang motherboard,
