Actually it doesn't matter what antivirus you use. It's up to you the user itself to be responsible for the website you visit. What Anti-virus will do is check if the program you download is harmful or not. If it detects that it's a suspicious program, then with your permission it will be quarantined or removed. Basically that's how antivirus works. Ito ang madaling explanation d2. For example, there is a person knocked on your door late at night. Ofcourse you don't open the door right away. You will try to find out who's that person is and decide if you would let him/her get in. In this analogy, the door is the antivirus. I personally use Microsoft Security Essentials. Completely compatible with any programs or updates from Microsoft, and its FREE if you are using a genuine copy of windows.

I just want to add in my previous comment. "NEVER EVER" use two (2) Antivirus at the same time. It will cause security clash causing your system to crash. BSOD

yun avira na testing ko na.. hindi ako satisfied.
yun ESET hindi ko pa na ttesting... at ayoko testing. mdme nag sasabe na hindi maganda sa PC yun

Kaspersky na testing ko na.. kaso lakas kumain sa RAM

AVIRA user here..

yan lang kasi nakapatay sa Backdoor na pumatay sa PC ko na ang gamit ay AVG antivirus.. hehe

kaya ayun AVIRA na ako since then..
