Hello po! Im using BlackBerry 9220. The problem is, bigla na lang po nawalan ng ilaw ung BlackBerry icon button and Call button. pero ung ibang icons po ok naman po may ilaw naman.

Baka po pwede niyo akong matulungan. I would really appreciate.

From Globe/Smart/Sun yung BB Unit mo?


If that's so , it depends on the plan ng blackberry mo po, If BBM Chat 1-month lang yung naka-plan-subscribed sa BB Unit mo kasama yung sim provided by your network. Hindi ka po mkakapag-browse tlga.

Change Sim ka na lang.
If gusto mo gumamit ng ibang sim pero Network Locked BB Unit mo , request ka lang dito para matulungan ka i-openline phone mo.

Well , if yung Lights provided by LED ng BB Unit mo ang hindi na nag-ffunction or hindi na umiilaw. It would be better if pa-check mo sa Blackberry ServCenter yan or any professional on general mobile phone repairs sa SM. Hardware problem yan. (Options) -> but then try mo i-reboot by pressing ALT+RIGHT-SHIFT+DEL. And or Wipe and Restore mo yung Phone, then update mo OS ng BB unit mo.

Perforom a Hard Reset :

- Backup all necessary files
- Reboot your device by pressing ALT+RIGHT-SHIFT+DEL
- Go to Option>Security>Security Wipe then Enter "blackberry" to confirm wipe. Type it inside the box.
- Wait until the wiping process completes.

It depends on the BB unit that you have and the facebook app that's currently installed on your BB unit.


Try to update your BB Unit OS as well as the Applications Installed on your device.


Update your Facebook application first ,and if it didn't work, you

Try this !

For OS Update :

-Download "Blackberry Device Manager (BDM) or Blackberry Desktop Software" Google it!!
-Install BDM
-Connect your BB Device via usb cable
-Open BDM and wait until your device is being detected.
-Click on the "Device" tab located at Upper Left Corner of BDM
-Then look-for and press "Update" button.

NOTE: DON'T FORGET TO BACKUP NECESSARY DATA OF YOUR BB DEVICE.

Facebook App :

Look for / Google for Blackberry App World.
Register an account
Then search for Facebook app (updated version) and download it into your BB Device.
