Pulutan Recipe's

Heto mga tol share ko lang mga affordable at easy lutuin pam pulutan.

DEVILS HOTDOG

Hotdog (jumbo hotdog, sliced)
White Onion
Ketchup
Oyster Sauce
Butter
Sugar
Sili
Pepper

Steps:

Iprito ang hotdog (medyo tustahin nyo para crispy)

Seperate muna hotdog pag katapos i prito


Preparation of sauce:

Mag gisa ng white onion sa butter
lagyan ng ketchup , oyster, asukal, pepper and madaming sili
Bahala na kayo magtimpla depende sa panlasa nyo

Then pre heat your sizzling plate kung wala kawali pwede na.

Ilagay ang hotdog at ibuhos ang sauce.

ok na may instant pulutan na kayo.
 
Crispy Kangkong
Ingredients:
Kangkong
1 egg white
1 cup flour
1 cup cornstarch
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
salt
pepper
ice cold H2O (enough to make thin batter)

Dip leaves then dip-fry (moderate brown). Do not brown.

parang masarap .. kayalang kulang sa procedure..
 
Nakakagutom naman tong thread na to. Imbitahan niyo naman ako kapag luto na ang mga yan! :yummy:
 
Chicken sisig

1 order chicken (andoks, sr pedro, baliwag et.c)
1 onion
Mayo
Calamansi
Sili

Procedure:
- cube cut the chicken remove the bones
- cut onions
- ihalo ang sili
- lagyan ng kunting mayonaise
- pagakan ng kalamansi.

add ko lang pero common na din ..

crispy sisig !

mukha ng baboy / tenga o halo ( optional kahit isa lang jan pwede na )
paminta
calamansi
sili ( green )
sibuyas
magic sarap ( optional )
utak ng baboy or mayo .. most preferred
( mas madali kc mapanis pag utak ng baboy pero mas masarap at malalasahan mo to ..

first pakuluan ung mukha ng baboy o maskara then pag mejo malambot na tsaka mo iihaw or iprito ( deep fry ) hanggang maging crispy ..
kung iihawin mo sya lagyan mo sya lamasin mo muna sa katamtamang dami ng asin bago mo ihawin para kumapit ang lasa nito ..
kung iffry mo sya .. deep fry tlga dapat then pag malapit na maluto, wisikan ng tubig para mas lumabas pagka crispy nya ..
then chop mo ung baboy to cube size .. then isantabi muna ..
kung wala kang sizzling plate gumamit ng kawali ( sakto lang sa laki wag oa sa laki )
painitin hanggang sa umusok then ilagay ung sibuyas , after 5 sec sili 5sec baboy kasabay ng magic sarap at paminta after 10 sec ilagay ung utak ng baboy ..
then ioff nyo na ung apoy ., haluin ng maigi ..
then tsaka budburan ng calamansi ..

igisa ung luya bawang sibuyas then ilagay ung tahong ., tubigan ng katamtaman lang sa dami ng tahong ., takpang at hintaying BUMUKA ung SHELL ng TAHONG ..

tanggalin ito sa shell at tanggalin ung buhok nya.. iagay sa isang lalagyan ..

gayatin ito ng pino ..
lagyan ng
magic sarap
margarine
paminta
calamansi

then ibalik ito sa SHELL nya ,, ung tamang tama lang at hindi sya apaw para maluto din ung ibabaw ..
ilagay sa oven at painitan ng 5 to 8 mins .. depende sa kung anung klase ang oven nyo ..
or ( optional )
ihawin ito sa uling at hintayin maging brownish na mejo black akala mo sunog ..
then ihain sa inuman .. malamang pag nagustuhan nila ung timpla ee kakaluto lang ng isang set., ubos na agad, ,

Shrimp Gambas
Ingredients:

* 1/2 kilo frsh shrimps (medium size)
* 1/4 cuo butter or margarine
* 1/2 cup tomato sauce
* 5 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 large onion, finely chopped
* 1 tsp. vetsin
* 1/2 tsp. powdered pepper
* 1 tsp. hot sauce or 1 2 hot pepper (siling labuyo), minced
* 1 tbsp. salt
* 1 tbsp. bread crumbs

Preperation:

Unshell and devein shrimps. Saute and brown garlic in butter. Add onion. Then, add shrimps. Stir for 3 minutes and add all ingredients.

Cover. Cook for 5 minutes. Then, thicken with bread crumbs.

Wow thanks for this! Peyborits ko itong pulutan everytime we go out ngayon maluluto ko na pag sa bahay kame magnomoni. :yipee:

a native pulutan in my town in Cavite. Kung nasa urban area ka madali rin pong lutuin to kasi madaling hanapin ang mga ingredients.
If we don't have enough budget, this is a practical solution for us barkada...

Kamadil

Ingredients:

1 medium size onion (mince/tinadtad) - P3.00
3 pieces of garlic (mince/tinadtad) - P2.00
1 piece of camote (sweet potato) (fist size) (slice into cubes) - P10.00 - P12.00
1 pack of dried anchovies (dilis) (smallest size) - P10.00
malunggay leaves - P10.00/bundle - if your kapitbahay has, hingi na lang..
1-2 pcs. of chili (optional) I prefered labuyo
pepper(pino) and salt

cooking oil and a cup of water

Procedure:
1. Put 2 table spoon of cooking oil in a wok pan.
2. Saute' garlic and onion.
3. Add camote (sweet potato), stir fry for 1 minute until camote turns yellowish, then add 1/4 cup of water. allow to simmer.
4. While simmering, add the anchovies (dilis) 3/4 of the content only. add 1/2 cup of water and let simmer for another 2 minutes.
5. Add malunggay leaves. if the sauce is not salty, add the remaining anchovies.
6. Add pepper (a pinch will do) and a little bit of salt depending on your taste, add chili if want it spicy...

This is a very healthy pulutan or rather ulam.... enjoy...
