1. Flash TWRP recovery on your phone.

Download this: (the 4th one)

If you want your stock recovery back,here is the link.

2. ADB-installer.exe to your PC.

Download here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=48915118

Note: Run as administrator
When you have the file, rename the twrp image file you just downloaded to "twrp.img" and move it to C:/adb on ADB folder window.

3. Acces to ADB tool. Inside ADB window press and hold shift button, right click on the blank area then choose "Open command windows here". After that, please turn your Max off. Then turn your Max to CSC mode (fasboot) by pressing and hold "volume +" and "power" at the same time.
Connect your phone to PC via USB cable.

4. On your PC, Enter this command "fastboot flash recovery twrp.img" Even it shows fail. TWRP flashed successfully. It is more easy to root your phone now.

5. Download this link for root:
https://download.chainfire.eu/696/SuperSU/

Save it into your internal memory and put it on a folder that starts with letter "A" to easily find it.

6. Turn off your phone, long press volume down and power button at the same time to go to recovery mode.

7. In TWRP, choose install and find the folder that you saved then select SuperSu.zip

8. Reboot your phone. Wait for about 10 minutes, usually after rooting your phone takes time to boot at first. If Android is Upgrading appears, you have successfully rooted your phone. Great Job.
:think::think::think::think::think::think::think:
NOTE: Do it at your own risk. I am not liable if something happens to your phone. This task is risky if you don't know what you are doing. Follow steps properly.

Enjoy your rooted phone :yipee::yipee::yipee:
