Salary increase .

Hi po mga sir mag tatanong lang po i need your insights . sa company ko po as of today is 5 months na po ako . do you think i can request for a salary increase ? kasi po ang dami pong dinagdag na job responsibilities . , tingin nyo po ano pong next step ko if ever they dont want to provide that salary ?

below 6 months probationary phase pa ata boss, bale dpa sure if for regular or rejection. di rin ako sure.

6 Months under probationary ibig sabihin hindi ka mabibigyan ng karapatan para sa mga regular employees. Antayin mo na lang result ng 6 months probationary period. There are some instance na pag fail during probationary period ay nabibigyan ng extension. As long as di ka pa regular, hindi ka pa makakapagrequest ng Salary increase. Saka ka humanap ng timing at magdemand ng Salary increase sa HR. Gumawa ng ng Letter. State mo doong maigi kung bakit kailangan nilang bigyan ka ng Salary Increase. Pero dito satin sa pilipinas hindi yan Practice(Dahil karaniwan ng employers dito ay abusado). Basta itry mo lang para makita mo resulta.
