Repair Inquiry SAMSUNG Galaxy J1 Ace: After "HARD RESET" problem!

Can somebody help me, i have a friend's Samsung Galaxy J1 Ace, after they have "hard reset" it, it always restart after clicking "NEXT" in last part, I mean after "TERMS AND POLICY" what do you guys think? what is the problem? patulong naman po mga boss!
 
Reprogram na po yan.

Patingin naman po ng model ng J1 nyo.
Paki tanggal yung battery sa likod, dun po makikita yung exact model.
Pasend po dito ng picture.
