Help guys!
My sister have a Samsung Note 3 Neo(N7505) which was factory unlocked. She was using it for more than 2 years, when suddenly it got network locked. Tried other SIM and it still says network locked - asking for unlock code. Tried the SIM on a different phone and it works, so it means it's definitely issue with the phone. We tried factory resetting it, same issue.
No idea as to why all of a sudden, it got network locked! Any idea how to fix this? I dont have any idea what carrier it's locked! We purchase this from reputable gray market online seller but unfortunately, we dont have the receipt anymore!
