no doubt about it, tampopong si wenger kay cesc pagbalik ng huli sa barca. anyway, at least sated na si cesc sa trophies, so he could settle down in any competitive team at this point in his career, even with the likes of mou, hehe. but would have been interesting to see cesc partnering w/ fellow barca boy sanchez rather than costa.

barca - psg, RM - ATM?? ha, and i thought sawang sawa na sina blanc sa mukha nina messi et al, hahaha! same for ATM-RM, tho this is UCL, and RM is a different animal at UCL, esp at late stages. but big fighting chance for ATM to exact revenge for last year's heartbreaker (tho they have some measure of that at la liga )

let's hope pep/bayern has figured out where it all went wrong last time's disaster. after all, these ivy league teams all play for this kind of big events, and that previous RM-Bayern looks more of a one-off event than a recurring feature. even pep blasted himself over that one, hehe. if there's one thing going RM's way, it's that they have a calm coach who's been there in this kind of championship-level matches, and he's won his share of them too. kaya graceful si ancelotti kahit pa grabe ang pressure sa madrid these days. to his credit, perez sees that in him, kaya lang buwitre din talaga ang media ng spain, looking for all the tiniest evidence to pounce on any sign of crisis to sell their papers, haha.
