ang magiging problema ni lucho sa pagrevitalize sa tiki-taka eh ang current crop of players sa la masia. parang tahimik eh, walang nakikitang talent na kayang tapatan ang level nina xavi, iniesta, busquets. kahit si rafinha mahirap sabihin na nasa level ng mga nabanggit. eh nangyayari pa nasa relegation ang second team ng barca. ano ba yan. so there's a big asterisk sa continuity ng tiki-taka sa barca. kung aasa naman sa outside market, gaya ni pogba, parang hirap imagine kakayanin ni pogba ang deeper tiki-taka system. ewan ko lang din... so saying that, unless may biglang lumitaw na la masia talent or kahit galing sa labas, we will see a less than usual stellar midfield sa barca. malamang nakita na rin nina lucho yan kaya tiniyak nila makuha ang services nina neymar, suarez, just in case cguro they have to shift to more direct play, which we are seeing now. thankfully, and in retrospect at that, lucho is familiar with typical direct/counter-attack play, since naglaro din siya sa madrid nuon.

Verrati is okay i think. si reus kung willing iwan ang dortmund. not for nostalgia, but i still think xavi is good for at least one more season, malay mo mag-ala pirlo or totti sya for the team hehe. without the driving hand and inspiration of pep, di na ganun ka-convincing ang tiki-taka ng barca lalo na pag gaya ng RM or bayern ang kalaban nila. matagal din bago nahuli ng barca ang gustong sistema ni enrique, kaya nung una para talaga sila clueless sa midfield, hehe. kahit ngayon si iniesta nagkakaron ng identity conflict pagdating kung ano gagawin sa bola, vertical pass ba, horizontal, o dalhin sa likod muna. now there's less of this hesitancy, and rakitic seems to be the one rightly getting it at the moment. tapang nga eh, sumusugod sa goal parang striker, haha.

-no need to look for a good mf in other countries..dami sa spain..lalo na sa 2nd tier teams...pero si lucho kasi inclined sa pagiging more physical ng barca..binabalance nya ata...tech and phys...parang yung early days ng barca football back in 2006-2008...tend to have an imposing midfielder and defenders..ang quick wingers and strikers...

ang problema naman kase kay deulofeu ung team play nya. may konting attitude prob pa. barca sent him away to get him back na polished na ang gameplay at attitude niya. i thought okay nuon si jonathan dos santos sa midfield pero yun nga, congested na ang position sa time ni pep, so perhaps one reason he was sent away too.

si koke ideal din sa vision ni lucho, ang tanong lang eh aalis ba sa atletico yun. si simeone parang si pep din ngayon, nagkakaron ng loyalty sa mga players niya. but a good price is always a good price, hehe.

sana lang makuha ni neymar yung economy of movement ni suarez in attack/goalmaking. si neymar kase nauuna form over function, kabaliktaran ni suarez. tingnan mo yung finishing ni suarez sa nakaraang el clasico, di maaksaya. kung si neymar yun baka sumayaw-sayaw muna, haha.

there's a pattern in attitude all over europe now. sa italy, nagkakaron ng controversy tungkol sa pagkuha ng internationals na di naman pinanganak sa italy. the same with the serie a, na kesyo dami daw iba kulay sa youth teams. sa england, some quarters lament the fact that the league is taken over by foreigners. sa spain naman, umuugong na may susunod pa kay moyes from england. sa last clasico, mas maraming spanish players sa team ng madrid kesa barca. sa panahon ni pep malabong mangyari yan. naalala ko pa yung isang competition na almost 8 players sa pitch eh galing sa la masia and del bosque was almost congratulating himself for his luck having such pool of talents to call when needed.

ito yung ok kay suarez..kahit pa subsub na yung form..basta maka shot on goal ok na..at may mga players talaga na magaling yung positioning...deadly pouncer kumbaga..parang si chicharito of 2011...at thomas muller all time..lolzz..ganun si suarez..si neymar naman dami pang pa feint na nalalaman dami nya chances against mancity...

kaya nga eh, parang si pep din talaga ang architect ng WC winning team ng spain. malaki ang chance na sya ang future manager ng nt ng spain, pero nanghinayang ako sa chance na siya maging coach ng argentina, not tata this term after sabella. i think pep aggressively pursued it too, perhaps seeing how messi was not being rightly played by his country's national team.

i quit watching RM-Granada after the 6th goal, hehe. Mahirap na anong conspiracy theory pa pagpapatulan ko, hahaha. May katwiran din naman Granada nireserve yung iba sa first 11 players sa sunod laban nila, kritikal sa relegation battle nila.

Headlines lang ako sa derbies sa germany and france. madugo ang puyatan within days lang for many weeks, hehe. kinalawang talaga ang barca sa pahinga. panira momentum.

-i've been following this two players for quite a while....at comparing..si messi talaga ay on another level...messi can open up and create chances for teamates while being lethal striker on his own...and can also get past 2 or more defenders...while ronaldo can only score in forced shots ,,tap-ins,,deadball play..at set piece...and can only perform in counters...at mahilig mag showboat..feint and cross dribble tapos ipapasa lang naman...pfft!..

-forget about pichichi...as long as we can see him lifting a trophy in domestic or in continental...and i also hope xavi and other barca greats from 8-12 pep era can end their stint in barca on a highest note..
