share ko lang po ang info na 'to. kung meron na pong post of the same topic e pasensya na po. paki-notify na lang po ako or pakibura na lang po.

here are some reasons kung bakit minsan madaling ma-discharge ang battery ng phone and some suggestions para maayos ito:

1 - applications na running in the background like anti-virus or others like magic sms (applications installed to phone which hides sms or phone applications, ginagamit ng mga nangangaliwa (joke!)). isa kasi yun sa mga pwedeng maka-drain ng battery charge ng more than normal..

i discovered this when i left the phone inside my locker one time. walang signal sa loob ng locker room. when i checked it during my breaktime e empty na ang battery. charge ko uli then left it in my locker, ganun uli ang nangyari. but when i charged it then keep ko sa loob ng pocket ko inside the office where there's enough signal e hindi na sya na-drain again. i experimented and left it in my locker and, voala!, wala na naman charge after a few hours.

3 - minsan ang phone unit na rin mismo ang nakakaapekto. try mo ipa-diagnose sa authorized service center ang unit mo kasi minsan may malfunctions na nakaka-apekto sa battery life/charge. kung under warranty pa phone mo, i suggest you do this one kung may time ka. kung hindi na under ng warranty e nasa inyo na po if you want to pay for the diagnosis just to try and resolve the problem.

4 - minsan naman battery ang may defect: it won't keep charge. try mo rin gumamit ng battery from another phone na same din ng model, full charge mo yun, then observe mo if it will still be the same result. kung hindi e maaring battery ang may problema in keeping charge.

i hope i was able to help in any way. good luck po and keep safe! :-)

boss nakakasira nga ang charging while using... try and tested ko na po yan.. im a mobile game addict nagcha2rge ako habang naglalaro madaling malobat kapag ganun..

Turn the phone off. This is probably the most effective and most simple way of conserving your battery’s power. If you don't plan on answering the phone while you're sleeping or after business hours, just turn it off. Do the same if you are in an area with no reception (such as a subway or remote area, since constantly searching for service depletes the battery fairly quickly. Some phones have an automatic power save feature, but it takes about 30 minutes with no service to kick in. By then, much battery power has been used.

Stop searching for a signal. When you are in an area with poor or no signal, your phone will constantly look for a better connection, and will use up all your power doing so. This is easily understood if you have ever forgotten to turn off your phone on a flight. The best way to ensure longer battery life is to make sure you have a great signal where you use your phone. If you don't have a perfect signal, get a cell phone repeater which will amplify the signal to provide near perfect reception anywhere.

Switch off the vibrate function on your phone, and use just the ring tone instead. The vibrate function uses up a lot of battery power. Keep the ring tone volume as low as possible.

Turn off your phone's back light. The back light is what makes the phone easier to read in bright light or outside. However, the light also uses battery power. If you can get by without it, your battery will last longer. If you have to use the back light, many phones will let you set the amount of time to leave the back light on. Shorten that amount of time. Usually, one or two seconds will be sufficient. Some phones have an ambient light sensor, which can turn off the back light in bright conditions and enable it in darker ones.

Avoid using unnecessary features. If you know it will be a while before your phone’s next charge, don’t use the camera or connect to the Internet. Flash photography can drain your battery especially quickly.

Keep calls short. This is obvious, but how many times have you heard someone on their mobile phone say, "I think my battery’s dying," and then continue their conversation for several minutes? Sometimes, the dying battery is just an excuse to get off the phone (and a good one, at that), but if you really need to conserve the battery, limit your talk time.

Turn off Bluetooth. It will drain your battery very quickly.

Same goes for WIFI, GPS, and infrared capabilities, if your phone has these features built in. Keep them off; save more power.

Use GSM - Using your phone in 3G / Dual Mode will drain the battery quicker than if you just use GSM mode - have a look at your phones spec and you'll see it will quote two different battery life times - normally 50% more for pure GSM use.

yep. effective to.. keep on sharing

God bless and keep safe! :-)

dash22: eheh... pakihit po ang thanks button... hahaha! thanks for viewing this thread and i'm glad nakatulong ito. :-)

hmm.. ayon sa manual at sa ibang sites avoid holding the phone near the antenna(internal/external) when using your phone for voice calls, hehe.. nabasa ko lang sa manual ng phone ko., add ko lang..

Ask lng po
. .An0 po ba reccomended na bat. Na pede sa n70
ko? Un mag lalast ng 3-5days..
Mdali na kase malobat cp ko. . And Nakakasira ba ng cp yun ginagamet habang nagccharge . O bat.

@rovi08
kahit standby mode di aabot ng 5days ang N70. Kung text lang, baka umabot 2 and half days, pag music mode, siguro 1 and half days.

Power hog kasi ang mga lumang smartphones like the Nseries or XDA.
Sabi nga ng isa dito, every battery will tear down and you have to replace it eventually. Next time bibili ka ng batt, follow the tips here and I'm sure tatagal batt mo.
