mga sir mejo enganyo na talaga ko bumili ng elm..may mga questions lang po ko..
-sabi sa net mejo mahina daw po ang wifi nito..hindi ata kaya kumonek kung malyo sa wifi source..may nakapag try na po ba snyo? kamusta po? internet speed?
-may nakgamait na po ba sa inyo ng skype voice call?possible ba un thru wifi? and kung kaya rin kaya thru UBT ung skye?
-may existing UBT method po ba para dito for Globe users?
-kelangan po ba i-flash pa ung phone bago malgyan ng mga flash themes?
-may nakagamit na po ba snyo ng GPS nito?

Yes Issue daw sa elm ang short wifi range. Marami na nagsasabi nyan although hindi ko pa narasan kasi hindi ako lumalayo sa router. Pero ok lang sakin naka UBT naman ako.

Today ko lang nabasa yung tungkol diyan sir about skype sa phone.

Hindi na sir basta copy mo lang sa phone mo ang .thm ng theme
-may nakagamit na po ba snyo ng GPS nito?
Hindi ko pa natry kasi umuubos ng load eh. hehe

Hinihintay ko na may lumabas na modded cam driver nito or update mula sa SE para mawala na yung blue-red lines pag low light sa camera shots

Update: Sinubukan ko gumamit ng A2uploader saka Far Manager para icustomize yung softkeys ng Elm. pero hindi niya maregonize ang Elm kasi CID80 ito. Pero may nakita na ako sa kabilang bakod na nakagawa nito magtatanong na lang ako sa kanya kung paano niya ginawa.

May nadownload ako na skype lite today pero hindi ko mapagana
-kelangan po ba i-flash pa ung phone bago malgyan ng mga flash themes?
Hindi pala ako sure dito kasi baka simpleng flash theme lang yung ginamit ko kaya walang hassle.

Ay yung sa calendar? hindi ko pa nasusubukan. 20 events diba? hmm come to think of it ni isang event walang naka save sa calendar ko
Saklap ano pala nangyari sa unit mo? pinalitan ba nila o binalik na lang pera mo?

xclbr, nope, after 3 weeks with the service center, nde nila pinalitan nor binalik pera.. sa ibang stock units kasi sinubukan namin ganun din nangyayari.. kaya parang ang lumalabas software bug.. take note, sm north (service center) at sm mega mall (kung san ko nabili) na test ko yun stock units from both stores.. ganun din nangyari.. their b**ls**t answer was, limitation lang ng phone..

wtf!?!

at sabi pa eh wala naman problema yun phone... is it not supposed to be more advanced/or have improved features from previous phones? eh samantalang yun older SE phone ko (k750i) can store more appointments and bday entries w/o f**k***g up... isn't it supposed to be a value added feature that is supposed to work properly? kaya nga binili yun phone because of the features eh.. tapos ang sasabihin "limitation"?! eh di dapat pumayag sila mag upgrade na lang ako (at my own cost) as i suggested.. kumita pa sila..

i do use the calendar often for reminders, tasks or appointments, pero I don't really need a business type phone that uses win mobile OS or other more expensive variants.. I thought the elm would suffice since the k750i did its noble job properly... that is why I am so frustrated... I am stuck with the phone...

pampalubag loob naman mga sir, baka may maganda kayo apps na pwede para ma sulit naman yun phone..hehe

So talagang stuck ka sa elm no? tsk tsk sabagay sabi kasi sakin 1week replacement tapos 1 year warranty.

I think kung ganun nga problema sa Elm. Bug yun ng software at hindi fault ng hardware. Calendar is just a basic feature na present sa halos lahat ng phone ngayon mapa high end or low end man. Mas maganda tol kung forward mo sa Sony Ericsson mismo yung problema mo. Malay mo gumawa na sila ng software update na solusyon sa problema mo.

Yung sa application wait mo lang sir ipopost ko dito.

yep, ganun na nga.. stuck with it for the mean time.. that's exactly the point, yun calendar is a simple feature na the low end phones have..tapos sablay pa.. I still have hope that the store who sold the unit would forward the issue to sony ericsson mismo.. I have tried contacting them by email throught their website pero walang kwenta talaga customer service nila..hehehe

Bro saklap at xclbr bukod sa calendar my iba pba kaung naging prob sa Elm? balak ko kc bumili nito, gsto ko tlga cia kc and2 nskanya lht ng features na gsto ko.. ayoko kc ng touch screen at qwerty.. medyo bugok kc ako sa ganun eh.. help nmn and some bad and good reviews from u guys.. thx..

bumili kmi ng gf ko ng elm ,, sa knya ung pink akin ung black .. okei sana kaso sobrang liwanag nung flash ng camera.. sakit sa mata, hindi masyado malinaw ung mga pics pag hindi naka.flash.. (

Yun po weakness ng elm eh low light, may mga red at blue lines sa image. Hope na magawan ng paraan sa mga parating na updates or cam mod. Meron na pong Plummy's modded Elm/Hazel camdriver kaso may mga bugs pa.

Tip sa camera: Try niyo gumamit ng cloudy settings at mas warmer yung colors na makukuha niyo although medyo magiging yellowish ng konti.

Guys got my elm ngaun lang, sa moa q binili.. napansin ko lng di ko ma on ung " MY WORDS" duon sa Writting settings.. sabi currently unavailable daw.. tpos di ko rin ma zoom ung camera nia.. sabi "ZOOM NOT POSSIBLE FOR THIS RESOLUTION. SELECT A SMALLER PICTURE SIZE"
tnry ko lahat ng picture size kaso gnun padin sinasabi.. Help nmn guys kung na encounter nio itong problems na ito.. THX

Zoom ng camera works only in VGA resolution. It's not a bug sir.
