Tama ka dyan sir Zeus! siya nga pala meron kagagaling ko lang sa Interview kahapon! and guess what? ang hirap ng mga tanung sa Oral exam palang.. un Kase ang First then Initial Interview kaya lang napakatagal nilang magprocess kakainis! then NApasa ko ung wrtten exam nila! and ung Interview to the next part reading naman! Napasa ko din po well, up to the next thing akala ko final interview na and then nagulat ako exam ulit! ang tagal! They give some tongue twister then with out knowing it sabi ni HR ko my problem daw me sa pronunciation ng "V" And "B" that nice kase atlease nalaman ko pero then we proceed to next activity which is papiliin ako ng dalawang picture na comics type ang scenes then the HR give 30 sec. to make a story about it gather my thoughts and idea! ang hirap nun diba? well thank God nakaisip ako! haha.. kaya lang sa next activity na ako talaga hindi nakasurvive the HR said that they I will repeat the statement that she may saying and only once lang daw nia rerepeat! the statement ay may pagkatongue twister din! then 3 statements cia taspos gagawin mo lang cia isang sentence ayun 1 out 3 sentence na nabigay nia isa lang ang naulit ko ng perfect ung iba ndi nagkamali ako! sayang talaga NApakahirap Naman pala ng mga Series of exam to have work dun! well kc Cguro kase nga Kilalang Company cla and MAlaki na kase! hayyss un lang po nashare ko lang pra naman magkaroon naman kau ng Idea on how the interview process goes..
But you always not predict what the next thing napapagawa sau ibang ibang company may kanya kanyang strategies and technique to measure the competitiveness ng mga applicants this is only guide for all aspiring applicants dyan ng naghahanap ng work..! Goodluck to All..

test are used to gauge you and yourself...
uu siguro magling ka sa technical stuff(sir not pertaining to you ha)
pero if you cant listen well,analyze a situation..useless ka kahit na kasing galing mo si bill gates..

unang requirement dapat madaldal ka pero dapt me sense!(makes sense?)
kasi usually dpat out going ka...
(which poopints out nung isang testkung gaano ka kabilis mag isip,dpat mabilis ka mag respond,at tama ung response mo,di man,dapt marunong ka mag delying tactics in terms of speaking,

dapt mabilis ka pumick up,,,

usually laht namn ito meron tayo...ang nagiging problema lang is...di tayo comportbale mag english..

ung lang naman...which brings us back to point one,practice and be comfortable in speaking

oo nga eh, totoo to.. lalo na ung mga earlier batch ng mga nurses na grumaduate, sila ang sumira ng reputasyon ng mga nurses sa non-related medical/health companies.. overpopulated na kme... hhhaaayyy.. ang hirap tuloy maghanap ng trabaho naun... kung gusto mo nman magwork sa mga hospitals, it's either mag volunteer ka or you'll wait for no assurance of when will it be..... hhhayyyy...

Sir, if you really willing to w0rk po sa company na gusto m0ng pasukan do some research about their salary background and their benefits that they offer meron din po kase mga company mataas nga ang starting pero wla naman gaan0ng benefits na nakukuha sa company gaya ng health insurance, transportati0n allowance, food allowances, and other bonuses like psp, ipod, any gadgets and Meron pa nga me nakita my pacar pa cla sa employee nila! Nasa sau na kung alin sa mga yun ang suit sa personality m0 at lifestyle Marami ka din dapat kin0consider bago ka mgdecide pumaxok sa isang company para wala ka pagsisihan sa huli, bsta po preparati0n is a key! wala sa net or forums?Best is to ask,scrap ung nakakahiya e.Just ask at before ka naman mag sign ng contract,either i discuss nila or andun sa contract,as for damit,kung d col center,i still advice,black shoes,slacks,polo,or l0ng sleeves,dress to impress ika nga,mahirap mag recomend,pero business casual,safest,i sugest go with black,with contrasting accents,me dadagdag pa ko pero cp m0de.Bukas na.Hehehe

Well, I consider myself is hardworking type of person easy to cope up with things and willing to learn, I’m also easy going type of person and a I love to work to the people around me and have good time with, I really want the atmosphere of friendliness, and I determined to improve myself to be grow and be a better man as a person.

2. Why should we hire you?

Well, I believe I have the qualities that you’re looking for and I believe that I’ll be good fit to this kind of job and I have energy as well as work at necessary.

Work Motto: Do things right at the first time even if it
Takes extra effort and time.

Overall with those qualities as well as my Degree in Nursing, I believed that I’ am good candidate for this kind of Job/ career.
