Importante muna alamin kung Whitelisted yung slot na yun for WiFi devices only. If not Whitelisted, mataas po ang chance na gumana siya dun sa WiFi slot.

Specs-wise, ok po siya for eGPU.

Watch out for a few things lang:
Whitelist/Black list ng extra mPCIe slots (usually wala naman pag Lenovo, pero mas ok magresearch para sigurado)
Bios error problems causing black loading screen (Sa mismong setup mo lang malalaman, pero usually software fixes and tweaking kailangan)
Conflict with PCIe allocation (dGPU might cause problems that need DSDT compaction pero usually wala naman yan pag Lenovo)

Recommended GPUs:
Any GPU listed in the Implementation Table
Your mPCIe is 4Gbps bandwidth, so more or less expect benchmarks similar to those listed there.

Actually, even a GTX980ti will work on an E6420 (assuming PSU is adequate). Nvidia Fermi cards support Nvidia Optimus compression technology, which also allows us to redirect the video output back to the monitor. So GTX560ti is more or less the minimum.

Siguraduhin lang na naka-On ang Optimus at nababasa rin ang HD3000 iGPU para no need for external display.

EDIT: To answer the gaming-related questions, you're better off researching the game's actual requirements. Pwede ata mag-4k@Ultra Settings sa Dell E6420 as long as mag-swap ka ng CPU to Quadcore and use a GTX970 or higher eGPU. (Not sure though).

Normally, I'd recommended the Dell DA-2 power brick for aesthetics (less dangling cables, hidden under the table). Problem is, it is relatively bulky ( 7.75" x 3.75" x 1.5") and heavy (shipping costs).

Kung hindi naman palipat-lipat ng lugar, pwede ka naman mag ATX PSU (locally available, can use >220W GPUs).

Suggestions:

• Option 1: ATX PSU + EXP GDC + EXP GDC 24-pin ATX connector + GTX750ti
• Option 2: ATX PSU + PE4C + GTX750ti
• Option 3: Dell DA-2 + EXP GDC + GTX750ti
• Option 4: Dell DA-2 + PE4C + GTX750ti

Kung abot sa budget, PE4C v3.0 is versatile (ATX/Dell DA-2) and more stable (soldered cable). Kung tipid mode, EXP GDC+ATX PSU might come out cheaper but functions just as well.

Tungkol sa Customs naman.
Yung luma kong PE4L 2.1b, mail parcel lang binayaran ko sa customs (P50) kasi maliit lang naman siya at mura (declared as $70).
Not sure sa Dell DA-2 kasi mabigat siya kahit relatively cheap lang naman. Sabihin mo na lang na dinosaur na yung laptop mo kaya malaki yung power brick.
Subukan mo rin kung may nabibiling Dell DA-2 sa Pilipinas.

Sir completo na po set up ko. Lenovo b490 i5 8gb ram+exp gdc v 8.3, Gtx 750 ti + asus adaptor 12v 5.3a ang problema na encounter ko po ung vlack loading screen. Logo lng ng lenovo ang lumalabas at hindi ng start ang windows. Tanong ko lng po kung me idea ka po sa pag software fixes and tweaking.
