Yeah, .DMG gamit nila kasi most likely legit na copy ng OS X yung nakuha nila and sila na yung bahalang mag modify. Eh since you say na gamit mo din is yung Niresh 10.8.2 Distro, most likely .ISO ang makukuha mo. Actually parehas din naman ang patutunguhan nun eh .

As for the USB hindi sya corrupt actually, hindi lang talaga na ri read ng Windows yung USB mo kasi na format sya for another OS or for the BIOS (dunno kung ganito din yung sa iba, pero eto yung nangyari sa akin).

And for my case pag na restore mo na yung .ISO sa USB, hindi pa yun "bootable" per se xD. Kailangan mo pa ng isa pang USB equipped with a bootloader (Chameleon, Chimera or Unibeast) para ma read nya yung distro USB mo.

So dun sa Niresh na torrent (assuming na buong torrent yung nakuha mo) may kasama na doong app, USBIT (USB Image Tool), yun lang yun. Restore the ISO/DMG image to your 4GB+ USB. And bale-walain mo na lang yung "You need to format X: to use it" or hindi mo makita sa Windows Explorer yung device mo, normal lang yun.

But you have to prepare a USB with a bootloader (Chameleon ang pinaka compatible kay Niresh, although feel free to explore). Properly format both USBs first pala.

Nga pala, yung mga BIOS settings, please check the first part of the thread for the optimal BIOS settings, baka yun din yung problema. Hindi naka priority boot to external devices yung PC mo

TS na load ko nayung DSDT, cocopy lang yung DSDT.aml sa /Extra diba? nag dbmesg na din ako, naload naman kaso ayaw pa din gumana ng Sound Card at LAN. ito pala yung specific hardware, result ng lspci

Edit: Alam ko na TS baket ayaw gumana pa din, mali ako ng nabigay na MOBO, LX3 Plus R2.0 pala hindi LX2 R2.0 sorry..

PS: I'm planning to install niresh 10.8.2 stand alone install ang balak ko...no any other os kasama.

Kung medyo nahirapan ka gumawa ng bootable usb, why not try burning it in DVD kung Niresh version yung dinownload mo? Kasya yan sa DVD.

ts ginawa ko na yung dun sa multibeast pag karestart nag panic na. tapos hindi nagboboot yung mac os ko kapag wala yung distro na nasa dvd disk. help ts. thanks

Papost naman ng kernel panic mo para makita natin kung anu nagtrigger ng issue? Anu pala ininstall mo using multibeast?

Yes, gagana yan! Try mountain lion either by Niresh (to be burned in DVD) or iAtkos (USB installer).

Yes! Dahil hindi natively supported ng windows ang HFS format (Mac format) unless mag-install kayu ng MacDrive sa pc.

Yes that should be supported. I recommend you try first download Niresh 10.7.3 version. Its more friendly for amd plus pwede mo iburn sa DVD.

If thats and intel i3 then it is supported. Download the mountain lion version either by Niresh or iAtkos.

Kumusta na ang hackintosh mo? Post ka naman ng updates ng set up mo sir!

Sir, bumigay yung hard drive ko sir . Lahat ng files ko including yung dual boot ng Mountain Lion and Windows 7 nawala xD. Cannot recover na the original OS since laging nag bu-boot sa startup Repair to oblivion D:. Ipapasend ko sa Vaio Care Center sa Kalaw soon to assess the situation.

However, for those of you with the same/similar setup as me.

Sony Vaio VPCYB15AG (2011)
Processor: AMD E-350 (Dual Core) APU (Also applicable to E-450)
Graphics: AMD/ATI Radeon HD 6310 (Also applicable to Radeon 6320)

ALAS. Hindi po magiging "perfect" Hacbook ang inyong setup. Mga 40% lang siguro or 50%.
Mga Rason:
1.) AMD sya - kailangan laging mag set ng bootflags every boot. Unless of course kung mas experience kayo sa coding, then matatanggal to sa list.
Vulnerable din ang AMD setups to Kernel Panics.

2.) No Graphics Card support, hence, No QE/CI

3.) Touchpad (Synaptics) is not recognized as such (only as a mouse) - Cannot even tap to click.

4.) Sound is a bit buggy

5.) Battery not monitored - hulaan kung low bat na

At kung deadz na nga ang aking Vaio, di na bali. I have my eye on something even more compatible. The Lenovo U310. :3 Problem lang po dun is the wifi (intel daw po kasi so hindi compatible, rinerecommend nila na Atheros ar9285 ang gamitin, eh yan yung exact wifi radio na meron yung Vaio ko ngayon. I'm thinking of salvaging it po). Although okay lang naman kung hindi. May nabibili naman na USB wifi adapter sa CD-R King

@ Rensch : baka naman bootfiles lang ng windows yung corrupted dyan at hindi naman mismo yung harddrive. Hindi ka naba makaboot sa osx partition mo by using the dvd installer then selecting the osx partition?

AMD sya - kailangan laging mag set ng bootflags every boot.

This could easily be fixed by adding the bootflags in the osx boot.plist. No coding required.

Vulnerable din ang AMD setups to Kernel Panics.

Lahat namang processor ay naeexperience to even the original mac devices. Depends nalang yan kung anung kernel ginamit mo, Lion kernel for AMD as for my experience is already solid.

Fire, stick ka muna sa niresh 10.8, right click mo ang iso then burn, using the native burner ng windows 7 or 8. Naadjust mo ba ang bios settings?
