sad to say pero not working saken, win7 ultimate user, ISP:SMARTBRO Plan999, ganun padin buffer speed niya,


and napansin ko lang, parang automatic niyang inaadjust yung quality setting from 360 to 240? correct me if im wrong TS,

a) click start
b) click run
c) in the box type system.ini

You should get system notepad file with this inside
