Speed-up Internet Download Manager​

the easiest and the manual way! - compatible to all versions of IDM!​

• Open Internet Download Manager.
  (if you don't have IDM and planning to have one, click here! - credits to mellowmonster)

• Go to Downloads. Click Options.

• Go to Connections Tab.

-Connection Type/Speed:​

a) Set the Connection Type/Speed to:
"High Speed: Direct Connection (Ethernet Cable) / Wifi / Mobile 4G / Other".

b) Choose the default No. of Connection max as "32".

c) Click ok and close IDM.​

>The Easiest Way: (4-Clicks)​

• Download the file attached below or click here. Extract it, then type the password.

• Execute the file, a dialog box will appear, just click YES.

• A message will pop-up again, just click OK.

>The Manual Way​

• Open Run or press windows key + "r", then type "regedit"

• Go to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\DownloadManager"

*In some cases, other people doesn't have "ConnectionSpeed" DWORD inside DownloadManager folder, to do this, right-click on the workspace, then highlight New and select DWORD (32-bit) Value. Then rename the file as "ConnectionSpeed"​

• Double-click ConnectionSpeed, then click Decimal, it will show up a value of "0".

• Change the value to ten times "9" or "9999999999". Then click ok.

• A message will pop-up, just click Yes.

*To check if you've done it correct, look for ConnectionSpeed and its data value, the value must be "4294967295".​

Effective yan.. dati pag nkakarecieve ako ng 100kbps sa broadband modem ko, 90-100kbps lang din yong nsa IDM.. but with that tweak, 50% yong naidagdag sa speed..

pasensya na po, bagal po kasi pc, hindi makapaginsert ng pic.
hm. ganito po.
step 1 : open run, type regedit
step 2 : go to HKEY_CURRENT _USER/Software/DownloadManager
step 3 : double click ConnectionSpeed
step 4 : click decimal, it will show up a value of 999999999,
step 5 : add another "9"
step 6 : click ok, then click yes
a : go to option
b :go to connections tab
-Connection Type/Speed: Other
c : choose defult no of connection max as 16

-try niyo pong medyo intindihin, baka sakaling gumana. tapos feedback po hehe. salamat !
