UPDATEalcatel OT 918 2.3.6 downgrade to 2.3.5 or vice versa

sir its me again pasensia na i have tried skipping step 5 on step 6 theres an error na i have to put all the images so ginawa ko ulit yung step 5
then step 6 ok na ulit yung flashing... what i did after is yung stock rom zip mo nilagay ko sa sdcard then installed it...this is the error mesage

installing: /sdcard/2010-01-01-2.3.6.zip
finding update package....
opening update package....
installing update....
intallation aborted.??????

please help me i dont know what im doing wrong and skipping step 5 didnt work for me as per your instruction so i did all the steps from 1 to 6 then put your stock rom in my sdcard tried to installing it but theres the error installation aborted?

read from the first page nandun ang solution mo.



skip step 5, after doing step 6 iilaw na yung cp mo kaso wala siyang ROM.
instead of doing a nandroid backup at step 7 install the custom ROM you want for android 2.3.6 or you can install the STOCK ROM 2.3.6 that I made please refer to the link above.

sir please install first yung CWM recovery by mark(credits to him) dun sa post ko po. before flashing the stock rom. working po yang STOCK ROM zip ko before ko inupload dito.

make sure nadownload niyo po yung latest update sa ROM ko ng JULY 27.

Sir, i followed your tutorial getting back to 2.3.6 through OTU.

Now I can't root my phone.
I keep getting this error when I'm downloading via SP Flash Tool.

Currently, my phone says it's 918N 2.3.6 following your tutorial.
And yes, I loaded the right scatter text - the MT6573_Android_scatter.txt.
I also tried the MT6573_Android_scatter 918N.txt.

Please help.

Sir I've tried this pero hindi gumana,

I followed your instructions very carefully but it did not open and OTU still says it is the updated version.

When I tried to use flashtool again (God knows how many times already ) it didn't open....

I don't know what to do anymore ...my phone won't turn on, and my computer won't even identify my device .....

Please help me

Sir, try ko sana i DL to kaso wala na laman yung link.. san pa po ba ako pwde makakuha ng stock rom v235?

may progress na kasi yung ginagawa ko (nabuhay ko yung har bricked na alcatel glory 918n) , kaso wala akong stock rom na magamit? pwde ba yung any custom rom na v235?

pasensya na po kung di ko naa-update to wala na po kasi akong unit better na sumali po kayo dito meron napong new way ng upgrading downgrading reviving and openline too. FB GROUP

OTU sa akin mga 15mins lng.. di kaya ito dahilan bkit di ako mka apply ng update thru sdcard?

sir alam mo paano ayosin ang alcatel ot918 rooted... kc na wipe cache partition & fix permissions ko din pag reboot system now black screen nalang lumalabas....pwede po ba 2 ma recover sa DATI.....

guys ? may active pa ba ? ang sabi sakin sa group sa FB eto daw sundin ko na TUT pra maayus uliy ung 918n na binigay sakin nka costom rom daw na darkbreed pero na stock at bngy sakin ngayun LED(blue) nlng ang nkkita ko d sya bumubukas . try ko nmn yun TUT sa OTU nadetect nmn pero searching lng at mga 3-4mins llbas yung internet error or disable firewall . tpos try ko yun SPFT try ko flash yung europe pero nag error sakin na BROM ERROR:S_DL_GET_DRAM_SETTINGS_FAIL (5054) . any solution ? pls tia
