About this thread: This is where you can ask, share, give, or discuss anything about your health condition and body building regimen.
Iba na ang panahon natin ngayon, yong dating mga
sakit na kayang gamutin ng dating gamot for the particular
disease, now, it is not that potent anymore.
So it leaves us no choice but to be
physically & mentally fit. Not to mention pa the improvement
it will add to our appearance. I am here, giving advice &
suggestions for free just to encourage everyone to be healthy.
Di ko nais na marami dito sa'tin ang mag-sisisi kung kelan putol
na yong isang paa dahil sa diabetes, ini-iwasan na dahil may TB(tuberculosis),
o kaya na-stroke na at kung anu-ano pa. Wag po sanang ikasama ng loob
ang mga nabanggit, nais ko lang ay mamulat tayo sa kalagayan
ng ating kalusogan.

at reliable na batayan(for males only) if:

***A PERFECT BODY
In today’s society, and indeed in the society of men from the ages of the
ancient Greeks, the men, and women of
society had an image in their minds of a perfect body.
A PERFECT BODY would not be a body like a Mr. America, that is grossly disproportioned,
huge and even monstrous, an example of the total extremes a man can
push his muscles to.
Let's look at the actual physical dimensions of our PERFECT BODY. The
chest should be 10 inches larger than the waist, firm and toned.
The waist should be 10 inches smaller than the chest, flat and strong,
with no bulges on the sides or bottom. The arms should
be the same size as the calf (on a man), on a woman nice
and firm, not flabby. The neck should be strong and
straight, and have not but one chin. The hips should be
10 inches larger than the waist, the buttocks firm and
tight. The thighs on a man should together be the same
size as the chest, on a woman they should be tapered
and very firm, not having pones or cellulite. The entire
body should be flexible, healthy and contained on a
gentleman or lady.
In other words the perfect body would be symmetrically
appealing, flexible and noble.

Ngayon pa lamang ay ipina-uunawa ko nang ang mga supplements
ay para din lang walis-tingting. Try to use only one stick & you will end
up doing the job long & difficult. Ang simpleng paliwanag nyan is just like
protein, we know it is the most abundant nutrient sa muscle fiber, but
without amino acids, absorption is not sufficient. Ganon din kapag walang
carb, after training, ang nag-sisilbing taga-deliver ng nutrients na
kailangan sa pag laki is the insulin, na makukuha lang kung may sapat
na glycogen(energy from carb). That's why immediately after a rigid
training, we need a combination of high amount protein, carb, and just
enough creatine.
And because magastos kung lahat ng supplements na pangpalaki ay
bibilhin, i made a list of supplements na bawat isa ay may marami ng

Quick Tips:

3. During exercise, increase the intensity, not the duration.
4. Observe proper execution. Yes it will become harder, but it's more effective.
5. Avoid "bouncing" the body while performing an exercise.
6. Most importantly, eat right, sleep soundly.
Remember, if you keep doing what you always do, you will get what you always get.
So to get something different, try to do something new. Our body is highly adaptable to
any resistance. So keep on surprising it with new exercises!
