Try mo ARMA 3. This March lang namin nilaro(released sept 2013). Oks ang graphics. At open source sya. Single player or multi. Offline or online. Pedeng download ng mods and addons. The best thing eh ikaw masusunod sa gusto mong concept ng story ng game. As in pwede.mong i-set lahat, from location, number of ai, vehicles, players character or team, mission/task or goal, at kung nasiyahan ka sa nagawa mo, pwede mo ring i-share sa iba from your documents folder to email or upload sa website server nila(mostly 2mb lang size ng file). At pwede mo ding i-edit or modify or create yung mga items from maps, unit to weapons and vehicles. Check nyo sa post ko if your interested.

kung graphics Metro: Last Light, BF4, Crysis 3

Overall ang the best for me is The Last of Us although wala syang PC version, only in PS3 and PS4(upcoming). but it is the best game for me so far. 10/10.
