why am i only getting 60-80fps on a gtx1070

Hi. Laptop World. since day 1 i already noticed why am i only getting 60-80 fps on a gtx1070?
msi gx63vr 7rf 120hz 3ms 15.6", gtx1070 8gb gddr5, 16gb ram ddr4, ssd+hdd bought from Newegg last feb 28 2018.

ive tried other steam games results are the same. weirdest part is even i turn some settings off or put them to low fps is still the same. (Dota2,l4d2,sleeping dogs,csgo,gta,bioshock,etc)

last thing i havent tried yet is adding another stick of ram for that "dual channel" ive read somewhere. currently installed is a 16gb single stick ram single channel

things ive tried:
1. msi factory reset (after doing the other things i did this then repeat them again)
2. high performance power options
3. sports mode system tuner game center (tried turbo)
4. off vsync in game + nvidia control panel
5. dota = nvidia graphs card control panel selecting high performance graphs card
6 fixed in game settings aswell
7. geforce exp recommended optimization settings
8. disabled xbox game dvr
9. disabled windows game mode
10. disabled shadowplay (share at geforce video recording)
11. updated nvidia driver and windows update

please help i dont know why my fps is capped. i really want to feel this 120hz and the money i paid for. willing to visit a service center near me for warranty.

plug mo sir yung charger, then try mo ulit mag laro kung may significant fps increase. if then, probably sa power/battery setup yung issue
