First you must download the files needed (direct link)
1. Download Orange Fox Recovery for Xiaomi Redmi Note 7

2. Download Syberia OS Android 10 for Redmi Note 7
http://sourceforge.net/projects/syberiaos/files/lavender/syberia_lavender-v3.8-20200715-1855-OFFICIAL.zip/download
3.Download OpenGapps Google Play Service
https://sourceforge.net/projects/opengapps/files/arm64/20200722/open_gapps-arm64-10.0-pico-20200722.zip/download
4. Download Magisk root systemless
https://github.com/topjohnwu/Magisk/releases/download/v20.4/Magisk-v20.4.zip
5. Download adb driver

Lets Start.
1. power off your you phone
2. press and hold vol down plus power button
3. connect your phone to your pc or laptop
3. open cmd and run as admin and type fastboot devices
4. type fastboot flash recovery orange_fox_recovery.img (name of the recovery)
5. after successfully install orange fox recovery go to recovery by pressing vol up plus power button
6. wipe data, internal storage, cache
7. format data
8. reboot recovery
9. copy and paste syberia os, open gapps, magisk root
10. install syberia os, open gapps, magisk root
11. reboot and profit
