[UPDATED]Health Consciousness & Body Building Inquiries

Wala po akong ininom na supplements or medicine, nagkata-on po na fiesta kaya dami kung naka-in so advice ng nanay ko na uminom daw ako ng trilex tea. So uminom ako, grabe subra pa-it di gaya ng mga ordinary tea. My problema naba kidney ko sir? kasi po my history ako na pinipigil ko ihi ko eh:slap::help::pray:

Pasensiya na. Overall safety is my main purpose here so maigi na sa Kidney Expert ka na lumapit niyan.

Subalit ngayon pa lang, i would say, please refrain from drinking that tea and other medicines(unless prescribed by doctor) so that your kidney will at least have time to recover.

kung ngayun pa lang eh..eh wala ka ng determination na marating or maabot yung goals mo..better come back if you have more balls to do it na lang..wag ka masyado nega sa sarili mo..balewala ang pag woworkout kung di ka pa nag uumpisa eh sumusuko ka na..

edi lalo na pag napansin mo na di ganun kalaking changes ang magagawa in one month of working out..baka tuluyan ka na mag quit..

it takes about 6 months to one year to notice a big change in your body..

I am sorry sir but being academically good make me prove that I can make my goals true, more unlikely to physical activities.

I am not even interested in shaping my body. I was even just stating my weird physical condition. :slap: What I want is just to have a quite fit physical body. I do even have "1" grades in P.E. even I do bad in practical exams. Well, I notice to have a bigger belly right now which is I think is within normal (I don't think there are flat belly).

I might consider doing cardio early in the morning. I am already having my body clock to shift to cope up with my coming schedule. My friends are already working their self out in the gym. There is nothing to worry about if I would be able to put time in those physical activities. I think there are already five from my buddies and they go insane to have the abs. @_@.

About my perspective(character) I not a negative person, well I do get pessimist when it comes to practical reasons.

About hydrating, I think I am highly conscious with it. I do have tea regimen (I'm chinese, I have no way to get out with it besides I'm used to it. My grandma/father do have this things) and I do always make sure to drink more than the 8 glasses. *That's when I have my 12nn schedule. What a tiring sun everyday. :upset:

Thank you for putting up the guts/advice for me. I may start the cardio routine for myself. Probably after I have set a new body clock for my 7am schedule. Thanks again!:salute:


edit: I was even better physically when i was in highschool. I was about to be a CAT officer.

ok po, salamat ng marami.:thumbsup::salute: Gusto ko kasi mag invest sa health ko, ng mahal kasi mag kasakit ngayun pwera nalang kung haciendero ka.:lol: Mga haciendero nga dito sa amin nag jojogging araw, pwera pa ako na ubrero lang:lol:

Ito po ung plano kung daily exercise.

7:00am jump rope 15mins
50 push ups
30sit ups
30 pumpings

9:00am 20min basketball

8:00pm 20 push ups

ok na po ba yan?:thumbsup:

Hmm.. the way you express your thoughts, i would say you're not even yet touch the verge of maturity. Being good in academics doesn't make a person good in everything - bear that in mind. And not all the gym-goers aim for a body that is physically appealing - some just wanted to be healthy. Don't get offended/felt bad with the "words" we used to address you because what we took into account was the way you wrote your statements.

Well, to some it up, we only replied with your sentiments and what we only wanted is for you to have a better life-style. But it seems you have your own convictions that in any way are hard to be changed... and we respect that the way we want you to respect ours.

Just visit again here if you change your mind or if you have concerns regarding BODY BUILDING and others alike.

All you need to do is to study the routine i gave and then watch the videos on the website i also gave you and eventually adapt the exercises available for the plates you have. You don't have to follow exactly what is being stated sa program, kaya binigay ko yong site na yon so that you will have a choice over the wide variety of exercise.

Or baka hindi mo binasa at pinag-aralan yon.

About sa nais mong inumin, kung hindi mali ang pagkaka-unawa ko, ang gusto mo lang ay gumanda ang iyong katawan, well, mahirap magbigay agad ng kahit anong supplements para sa'yo. Kasi sa'kin personally, ang magandang katawan is what described in the first page, eh sa'yo? Maaaring iba ang definition ng magandang katawan sa'yo kaya please come back to clarify it.

may guides siya regarding begginer, intermediate and advanced workouts.

meron din siyang guidelines tungkol sa mga supplements.
and siyempre lilinawin ko na din kung ano ang supplements:
yung mga amino 2222 capsules na mabibili mo sa gym? it will give you 5- 10% boost in your progress.. given na tama ang paggamit mo nito, yung mga nakikita ko kasi sa gym namin, before and after workout lang sila gumagamit which is ineffective, kasi mas epektibo siya kung iinom ka nun every meals mo - well, nakalagay naman yun sa instructions.
so, nsan ung 90 - 95% boost? nasa diet.
pansinin mo yung diet mo, ilang calories kaya ng protein ang kinakain mo everyday.. baka naman puro carbs ka, eh baka hindi lumaki muscles mo.. protein = muscles..

sabi nga ni vince del monte, ang ideal protein intake mo ay 2g per bodyweight in kg.. kung 50kg ka, 100g of protein ang ideal intake mo everyday kung gusto mong mabilis lumaki..

Medyo wala po akong time sa gym and no weights..Most of the time sa house..

naku wag ka lang sa abs at chest magfocus..dapat proportionate na body gustuhin mo..pangit naman kung puro chest at abs ka..wala ka naman lats( lapad ng back) shoulders, bicep, triceps..at legs..saka mas mapapabilis yung pagkakaron mo ng abs kung mas madaming muscles ang ibui2ld mo..

dami exercise na pwede mo gawin sa bahay..push up. pull up..dips..etc

ts mag 2 months na ako nag ggym, pero bakit mas malaki ung left part ng body ko? I mean may mas improvement ung sa left part kesa sa right..any idea?

kung kaliwiti nga po, yung kaliwa lang po ang nagbibigay ng greater effort. parang yung kanan ay nagsusuport lang po pero may pwersa din...
