Average body..just want to build abs and chest muscles...
Medyo wala po akong time sa gym and no weights..Most of the time sa house..

Bout your question, i think Boss answerkey has already given you ideas. Isa pa, di mo rin mapipigilan na ma-develop din ibang part ng katawan mo while working out your chest and abs. By that exercises alone can already make significant progress to your triceps(chest) and lower back(abs).

If you have read all the posts here, you will be able to find the website i've given for the people who don't have a time or money to go to the gym. It is a complete program.:)

You have to cut your total carb intake, but it is not totally prohibited.
It will also depend on the type of rice and bread. You may want to consider eating brown rice and brown bread instead of taking the "white ones." Yam is also a very good substitute if you are really serious of getting ripped in no time.

Explanation: Brown rice, brown bread, and yams are example of complex carb which are high in fiber most of the time. With that, your body will have a steady source of energy which will force your body to really convert all the calories you intake to energy, NOT fat - that is provided that you are physically active. I will stress out the term "physically active" because no matter what kind of carb and calorie you consume, still they are calories. In the long run, you are still most unlikely to get abs if you don't move.

You have also no choice but still eat even little amount of carb. C'mmon, everyone knows it, if you want lean body, you need to build muscles, and you can NEVER build a quality-type of muscle if you don't eat carb, unless you want to look skinny.:p

I am not sure if it could do that. May kakilala ako na napakalakas niya
magbuhat sa lower body, nong tinanong ko siya kung naglalaro siya ng basketball, oo ang sagot niya at napaka-taas daw ng talon niya.
Well, hindi natin alam kung totoo o hindi sagot niya.
Subalit kung ang titingnang anggulo ay ang gravitational pull,
alam ng lahat na ang mga binanggit mong exercises ay
nakapag-papalaki ng muscles, sa madaling sabi, the heavier
your legs are, the more the gravity will pull them down.
But there's an exception, that is if you do the squat and other legs
exercise to develop the strength, NOT the muscle. With that,
maybe it will really help you jump higher.

Can i ask what is the reason kung bakit puyat ka?
And kung ano objective mo sa pag-gym?

Kasi kung ang trabaho mo ay physically active at ang objective mo naman sa pag-gym ay maging healthy, kung ako sa'yo itutulog ko na lang instead na i-gym ko ang spare time ko. Subalit kung iba ang nais mo, please say it para masagot ko.

tol bakit ganoon pag nagcrucrunches ako eh biglang nagcrucrumps ang aking tiyan cant explain the pain pero sobrang sakit eh
 
idol tapos na un program mo un binigay mo sakin un beginner workout for 1 month pero pwede naba ako magbuhat ng mabigat..anu ulit gagawin ko program??

pwede ba na ba ito

monday,tuesday,wed,fri 4x once a week

chest,tricep,bicep,shoulder,back,legs,,etcc...

3x8

Hi po sa laaht! bago lang ako dito sa symbianize pat isa pag woworkout.

Tanong ko lang po, ano maganda gawin para maalis sakit ng likuran ko at hita?

Nung monday kasi ako nag start tpos ang ginawa ko 45 minutes sa bike, tpos nag dumbell dead lift,squatt n may dumbell (16lbs ea) at 15x tpos 3 reps. limot ko na name nung iba eh heheh follow up ko nlng pag balik ko sa gym

hello. 1 month na po akong nag ggym and i can see the result. lumaki ang muscle ko
1 month akong walang iniinom na supplement. go glow and grow foods lang.

my friend gives me 1 bottle of creatine capsules

tanong ko lang if when to take these supplement? before workout? during workout? or after workout?
at pwede din ba isabay dito yung super amino?

pabayaan mo lang yung sakit.. ganyan talaga sa simula.
 
Salamat sir wala na nga yung sakit pero meron pa onti sa bandang likod ng binti ko,

Ask ko lang po kung panong mga meal pag weight loss?

d kasi ako snay ng walang rice kaya nag 1 cup ako pag breakfast,lunch,dinner, tpos fruits kung sakaling magutom, mdalas n ulam pa namin is beef and pork
