I am sorry sir but being academically good make me prove that I can make my goals true, more unlikely to physical activities.
I am not even interested in shaping my body. I was even just stating my weird physical condition.
What I want is just to have a quite fit physical body. I do even have "1" grades in P.E. even I do bad in practical exams. Well, I notice to have a bigger belly right now which is I think is within normal (I don't think there are flat belly).

I might consider doing cardio early in the morning. I am already having my body clock to shift to cope up with my coming schedule. My friends are already working their self out in the gym. There is nothing to worry about if I would be able to put time in those physical activities. I think there are already five from my buddies and they go insane to have the abs. @_@.
About my perspective(character) I not a negative person, well I do get pessimist when it comes to practical reasons.
About hydrating, I think I am highly conscious with it. I do have tea regimen (I'm chinese, I have no way to get out with it besides I'm used to it. My grandma/father do have this things) and I do always make sure to drink more than the 8 glasses. *That's when I have my 12nn schedule. What a tiring sun everyday.

Thank you for putting up the guts/advice for me. I may start the cardio routine for myself. Probably after I have set a new body clock for my 7am schedule. Thanks again!
edit: I was even better physically when i was in highschool. I was about to be a CAT officer.
