Update lang ts..

May mga live calls dead air parin after ko ma add ung iptables. Nag reboot din ako ng server after adding, and then ginawa ko ung iptables-restore command.

Another issue lang sa vicidial..

Nakaka experience kasi sila ng "System Delay, Please Try Again code: 14906350-1" using Dial next (Manual to ah) sa agent interface.

Nag repair na ako ng DB kasi baka sa DB ung problema. Baka natatagalan na mag query eh kaso ganun parin kahit na repair (reboot) na


pre dun sa prob mo na live call pero dead air try mo tangalin ung g729 mo or ask mo si telco kung ano config naka lagay sa inyo. or try mo change or try ng iabnag Voip pra mas malaman mo kung sira ba ung server mo or voip issue , tas allow mo ung port sa yastfirewall mo 10000-20000 one way audio baka dun un

Tinanong ko na ung sa voip namin eh. Sinabi ko ung mga configs at tama naman daw. Regarding port 10000-20000, naka alow na ung port na yan sa iptables namin. Wala kasi kami ibang voip, un din ung problem.

Wala kami hotkey ts. 6mbps fiber kami ts per pero ung nagagamit naman namin nasa 3-4mbps lang

We have 2 campaigns lang. Halos nasa 30-40 agents lang nag da-dial. Dalawa dialer namin so tig 20 agents un.

Hmmm, previously we only have 10 agents dialing with 8 mbps no issue at all maliban n lng pagumulan nwwla ung net at kung minsan nagsstatic :D
when we added 4 agents for another acct nagstart n sya magchoppy from time to time lumala nung may bago uling acct 30 agents using 8mbps nagstart na rin ung most of the time they experience one way audio. So I decided to have another ISP 6mbps divide the network or the agents strict the browsing only to work related during shift hours. Secure the server against the DDOS or SIPAttacks. From then umayos na yung calls nila. Im not suggesting to get a higher bandwidth specially sa issue mo 6mbps pero 3-4mbps lng ngagamit wondering where are the 3-2 mbps are they assign for upload? Better do more investigation like trying to start dialing 5 agents first then follow by another 2 agents then check the call quality if ok s 5 - 7 agents continue adding agents to the queue until you get the one way audio issue or other call quality so we can conclude that it might be a bandwidth issue. Even it is DSL or Fiber connection the concern is the load or the number of users. Again it MIGHT BE a bandwidth issue, marami pa po pedeng pagmulan ng mga audio issue sa calls like poor cabling or there's an attack on the server etc.

ISP ba ts? PLDT 6mpbs kami fiber optic for VoIP and Globe leased line 6mpbs for Web.

Usually ano ung mga problem pagdating sa mga switches? Hindi ko na kasi alam kung paano nag wo-work ang VoIP pagdating sa mga switches / routers. Kulang pa ako sa kaalaman:slap:

suggest ko gamit ka nag firewal like pfsense to block incoming attacs sa server mo , then nukod ba ung browsing nyo tska for voip only? hanap ka ibang provider sir madami jan nag oofer heheh minsan lang talaga pinaka issue sa gnyan is voip kapag nagawa muna lahat sa server mo hehe try mo mtr ung ip ni voi p provider then pakita mo skanila ung mtr test mo

Nag hahanap na rin ako ng ibang VoIP provider. Gumagamit kami ng Untangle firewall for web server at database, pero hindi naka firewall ung mga dialers.

Bukod ung browsing and VoIP namin. Regarding mtr, wala naman packet loss. Same din sa side ng VoIP papunta samin walan packet loss.

Nag hahanap na rin ako ng ibang VoIP provider. Gumagamit kami ng Untangle firewall for web server at database, pero hindi naka firewall ung mga dialers.

So far konti na lang ung mga live air dead calls..

Tanong ko lang bakit ung iba live call agad ung status pero nag riring pa?

2 telco na un dre. Tinry ko both pero same result. Live call pero ring agad.

Mga sir ask ulit ng tulong, ganito kase problema ko sa gsm gate way ko,, meron kase akong 20 channel or port na sim card... ang na expirience ko is ganito sa smart sim,, hindi ako makapag outbound call,, lage syang busy, congested, sip error 603, declined and status.. pero ttry kong palitan ng ibang globe and sun ok naman outgoing call.. anu kase problema sa smart... Eto mga error

Cause: 21 - Call rejected.
SIP: 603 - Declined

Pwede ba makita kung sinong admin ang nag add ng DNC number? Hindi ung agent DNC disposition ung tinutukoy ko ah.

Sir ask kulang, naka nat =yes nman seting ko sa sip.conf wala nmn akong gingalaw dun.. ano po bang tama port ni smarty..

Try mo set to NAT=No Canreinvite=yes

if ayaw pa rin possible na may ibang config ang smart, is it possible for you to post your sip.conf and extensions.conf settings?
