Ginatamad talga ako magjogging ng umaga hirap magising HAHAH :) pero gonna try na i change na lang ng hapon kapag vacation na heheh .. ok yan masarap sa pakiramdam eh :)) ikaw T.S ano mas prefer mo umaga o hapon ?

@custodio, sa umaga ako nagjojogging :). konti lang kasi tao pag umaga at halos lahat mga nagjojogging din, pag hapon kasi sobrang dami na ng tao at sasakyan

asahan mo yan boss :) <ay tanong lang ako, balak ko kasi mag gym hehe, diba ang jogging pang loss din ng weight, hindi kaya contraditing? Ayoko kasi mag gym ng payat ako, construction worker ang labas na katawan :noidea:

^tama pang loss din ng weight ang jogging. actually mas magandang combination ang jogging at pag gym, meron dito sa jogging thread natin ang pinagsasabay ang jogging at gym. pm mo sya sir para makakuha ka ng tips hanapin mo nalang yun post nya dito sa thread natin. pati tanong mo din sa instructor sa gym kung ano maganda basic na gawin since na nagjojogging ka din. hindi naman siguro magiging pang construction katawan mo sir, siguro pwde na yung katawan ni pacquiao, si pacquiao kasi nagjojogging din :)

FAT LOSS PO di WEIGHT LOSS, sa gym naman, musle building+fatloss, kaya kung gusto maging ripped ang katawan mo, kakailanganin mo cardio exercises like JOGGING.

^tama pang loss din ng weight ang jogging. actually mas magandang combination ang jogging at pag gym, meron dito sa jogging thread natin ang pinagsasabay ang jogging at gym. pm mo sya sir para makakuha ka ng tips hanapin mo nalang yun post nya dito sa thread natin. pati tanong mo din sa instructor sa gym kung ano maganda basic na gawin since na nagjojogging ka din. hindi naman siguro magiging pang construction katawan mo sir, siguro pwde na yung katawan ni pacquiao, si pacquiao kasi nagjojogging din :)

injury aabutin mo nyan if, wala ka manlang warmup like walking for few minutes.

"Running without the proper warm up is the number one reason for injuries in the sport. Even if you don’t injure yourself, if you start running without warming up, it causes excessive and unnecessary soreness the next day"

yan po gusto ko bro..co'z if I stress my body too much then the i continue ko po for a week then the soreness pains will be gone and my stamina will increase in just a week kaya I can play the same game(basketball) as I am 2 years ago

if you want to increase your stamina, you should run like a horse(warm up first so that your mind gets a signal that you will be undertaking stressful training) for a week, then rest for a week, it should give you an extra tank of stamina. I'm not joking about running like a horse, ayan example ng running like a horse, "tire drags"View attachment 111654

good afternoon runners :thumbsup:
fat loss pala hindi weightloss :thumbsup: medyo nag improve na ako ngayon lagpas 1k na hehe.. pinahinga ko kasi ng 3 days at ok naman hindi na ganun kasakit malapit na din masanay konti nalang, ngayon nagsabay na ang hingal ko at pagkapagod ng binti :lol: dati kasi d pa ako hingal eh sakit na ng binti.

wow marami rin pala mga hardcore runner dito, hehehe
so far ang pinaka malayo ko natakbo ay 40k run, bale graduation run namin yun nung nagtraining ako.. hahaha self fulfillment talaga yun, tapos pagdating ng finish line meron military wine. hahaha lumubo yung tuhod ko nun after.

kung bago lang po kayo sa pagtakbo wag nyo bibiglain yung pagtakbo, tama nga the best ang saging para iwas cramps :)

naalala ko naman yung training namin ganyan din pinapagawa saamin, tapos dapat may time limit kaya kailangan takbo ka talaga ng pinakamabilis ko. pag hindi mo nadale yung oras katay ka..

ntry ko rin dati tumakbo ng may sandbag at may buhat buhat na tao nakafiremans carry.. haayyy

di kona alam ko kaya po gawin yung mga ganun ngayun, basta jogging, push ups, pull ups and sit up na lang namaintain ko.. have plans to go to gym.. kaso tinatamad ako hahaha

wow sir lakas mo, sundalo po ba kayo? or runner talaga? ang mga nakita kong pinapatakbo na may buhat buhat eh yung mga musang eh, buhat nila yung buddy nila, tapos nakafullbattle gear pa. ang natry ko lang sir isa yung me racksack ka habang may hatak na gulong, hehehe, tama me time limit nga.

hindi ako sundalo, pero uniformed personnel ako. hehehe

medjo hardcore yung training namin, hehe
nakakabilib nga yung ibang kasama ko nun eh kasi parang di mga tao, isa kasi ako sa mga dying nung start ng training namin, but i survived and never ako nagbagdown.. hahaha

off topic na ko, basta dun ko nadevelop yung jogging habit ko at exercise routine ko.

nagjogging ako kahapon, sumakit pa din tuhod ko ng konti :(. sana pawala na ng pawala pag tumagal

yung 40k na tinakbo ko yun yung graduation run namin, bale last run na yun after 6 months of training..masarap feeling nun habang tumatakbo kasi finally natapos na..nagstart kami tumakbo nun 4 am from laguna to cavite vice versa kaya umabot ng 40k.. umabot ako sa finish line nun mga 11:30 na mabagal din kasi phasing namin ng kacompany ko.

nakakatawa pa nga nun kasi at the finish line kailangan mo inumin yung military juice.. ewan anong ingredients nun basta babaliktad sikmura mo.. hahaha
