parang kulang sa spring muscle ko sa binti, pag tumatagal sa takbo lakas ng lagabag ng paa ko masyado na mabigat, nakakatulong ba jumping rope para maimprove spring sa binti?

Wooh, may thread pala na ganito, haha recently lang ako nahilig mag-jog, sarap kasi pala e. Hahaha kaso once a week lang ako nakakapagjogging e, every saturday lang, hirap sa sked e. Pero atleast 6.5k minimum, 8k max lang. Haha

Imposible, nagjojogging ako sa perimeter ng bahay namin, estudyante ako at me part time job ako, ako din ang nagluluto ng pagkain sa bahay namin, ako din naglalaba ng damit, pero nakakapagjogging padin ako kahit 30 min per day.

anu po kaya mgandang program sakin kzi mtaba po ako, eh nag aaplly po ako sa pnp,
pa2long nman po. age ko po 21, weight ko: 90 height ko: 5'9". thank u po sa mkakatulong!

Orasan mo yung takbo mo boss,
Kunin mo yung number of minutes na kaya mo ijog, bale yun yung magiging pinakabase mo, try mo magjog in 1 week na hindi baba yung minutes mo sa pagjog.

then pagkanext week try mo dagdagan ng 5 minutes yung pagjog mo, basta padagdag lang ng padagdag para di mabinat.

kung may iniikotan ka naman sa pag jog yung number ng ikot mo dun.

If you want to lose more weight kasabay ng jogging try mo mag oat meal diet, effective yun.

Good Luck sa pag apply sa PNP, kung mapasok ka jan dapat prepared body and mind sa training. Kawawa yung dying sa jogging dun :thumbsup:

@charles.. yun di nag iniisip ko, yung air at makaka-tipid pa sa kuryente kahit papano. :D

saan ka nagjojoging, kung may mga ganyan nagjojoging sa tinatakbohan ko panalo dagdag 1k na yun sa takbo ko. hahaha

almost 30lbs lost since feb 1, from 220lbs to 191lbs :yipee:

same routine ako static jogging + other cardio exercises tuwing tuesday at thursday then gym sa mwf :salute:

nag jojogging din ako minsan sa gym, malaki kasi yung area ng gym pwede ka mag jog tatlong laps pa lang hingal kabayo na hahaha

Nagjojogging din ako MWF sched for 2 hours walang tigil.
Stretching ko is lakad lang for about 10 mins before magstart. Then after 2 hours of jogging, lakad lakad lang ng 5 mins then stretching sa paa. After that, simple sit-ups for the core muscles.

last week 1k lang. ngayon 2.5k na ako :yipee: may improvement na din, di na masyadong sumasakit ang tuhod kaso kinakapos naman sa hininga haha, parang sumikip pa dibdib ko sa sobrang pagod natabunan yata ng sobrang taba :rofl: next time sana 4k na :)

Mag sisimula na din ako mgjogging bukas.. timbang ko ngayun ay 70Kg.. hehe hindi BMI ko overweight na daw ako.. Goodluck bukas sana matuloy.
