^astig kasi mga nakakasabayan kong joggers sa amin, ganda ng mga shirts nila galing fun run, parang european style tapus meron sa likod 21k finisher hehe lupet :thumbsup: sana after a year makapag suot din ako nun :lol:
ganun pala yan basta matapos mo lang may price na akala ko kasi depende sa placing eh:thumbsup:

Kahit naman babae pa avatar ko, sir pa din tawag sa akin, kaya lalake nalang. Hahaha.

Salamat sa pag welcome sir rukawa. :)
Patambay din ako dito po.

Bago pa lang ako nag start mag jog.
Kaka-start ko lang last week (monday).
Nag take kasi ako ng pilates, & in-advice na mag brisk walk and jog ako ng pakonti-konti everyday.
Nag umpisa na ako mag backread and dami ko natututunan dito. Mga hardcore na pala yung iba dito.
Nakakahiya naman sa katulad kong baguhan.

Kaya mas may alam ka pa ata dyan,
Pero ung fun run sayang tlga, 8pm pa man din medyo malamig na rin, pero 4am kami eh mas malamig pa cguro dyan at maraming puno nadadaan ko :lmao:

@angel.. maam yung gender kasi s account mo pang male kaya kahit palitan mo po ng girl eh akala boy po kayo :). parehas pala tayo kaka start lang mag jogging. i maintain mo din yan para lagi healthy tayong mga joggers hehe

ginawa ko po ang thread para sa mga PRO's and Beginners para may matambayan tayo sa symbianize :) pati mga tips para sa mga beginners or sa mga nagbabalak maging joggers katulad natin :)

Kaya madalas, hapon or gabi ako mag jog.

Medyo picky ako ng kaunti pagdating sa gulay. :/
Sana masanay na agad yung taste buds ko and yung hindi na laging naghahanap ng makakain.

Mas maganda pa rin tumakbo ng 5-6am kase may araw na,
Natakbo lang kame ng midnyte para sa weights,
Kung palage kayo nakaen ng rice eh, bili kau pampatunaw ng carbs,
Ako kase sa gabe lang nakaen ng madami, try m mag oatmeal, isang bowl lang busog ka na :thumbsup:

The best time of day na mag jogging is between 4pm and 7 pm. Bakit po? Kc po our body temperature is at its highest, muscles are warm and flexible, strength is at its peak and resting heart rate and blood pressure are low. Therefore perceived exertion is low so you're more motivated and you're also less likely to injure yourself.

Dont forget to always warm up by stretching or walking or jogging lightly for five to ten minutes and do the same in reverse after exercise to relax and loosen up. Stretch muscles while they are still warm for 15 to 30 seconds each, repeating two to three times.

4-7am or 8-10pm

Mali din ata ung explaination nyo po ata eh,
Ang highest temperature po ay nasa 12pm-3pm,
Kung pinopobrlema m ung muscle ay hindi warm,
Bkt d ka mag warmup?
Diba ganun silbe nun,
Pangpadaloy ng tama ng dugo at iwas muscle pains,

STRESSED KANA SA TRABAHO/SCHOOL/GAWAING BAHAY/PAGTUNGANGA BY THAT TIME, kaya pano magiging peak ng strength yan? BP naapektuhan din pag stressed kana. Unless na lang kung monghe ka na hindi naiistress.

Should I eat heavy in the morning, lunch, and then light lang for dinner?

sa tingin ko habang hapon magpatunaw ka na ng tummy, kht kumaen kana ng heavy sa tanghali, 5k, yakang yaka yan madale lang yan,
ano pa b gmt nyong shoes, well anung brand?t

May kabigatan kasi ako sa height kong 5"2. And I weigh 176lbs. (Wala ng hiya hiya sa weight dito. :p) Hahaha.
Medyo nagdududa yung iba kong kilala na baka hindi ko daw kayanin. Pero I really think I could do it kahit first time. Good vibes!
Yung sa skechers go run resalyte. Yun kasi yung binili ko recently.
