Maraming salamat @darrylaban @rukawa , may tanong pa ako, pwede ba ako mag suot ng ankle weights 2lb (1kg) kada isa , gusto ko kasi bumilis takbo ko pwede ba iyon oh masama lang?, nasuot ko na sya kanina suot ko lang sya pag mag jojogging for 30mins, super hirap pero natapos ko yung interval technique mo na 30 mins ung pang first week, napansin ko din parang habang nag tatagal sumasarap, tsaka pansin ko din parang naging sakto na sakin yung 1min jog dati kasi hirap ako at talagang ang hirap tapusin nung 30mins na yun, siguro dapat yung 2nd week technique na gawin ko hahaha
