sa treadmil lmg po ako usually nag woworkout, try ko po mag jog sa labas. Usually po kasi jog ako tapos sprint, jog sprint then walk. Tama po ba ginagawa ko? Namamangha kasi ako sa joggers na kung Paano nyo po namamaintain ung pace nyo, mabagal lang pero swabe walang tigil kahit na 30mins tulog tulog pa sila dun ikotikot.

stretch before you do this, nung bago ako I do 2 mins jogging then 1 min walk (I do it x5 so 15 minutes), then do 3 minutes-1 minutes walk until you reach 5 minutes jog and 1min walk. Then try jog 15 minutes nonstop, add ka lang ng add hanggang sa lumakas nang stamina ng di mo namamalayan.

You may try 5km or 10km fun run.

And lastly pasukat ka ng right running shoes sa Tobys sports para iwas injury.

hi thanks s2 sa thread na 2 kak start ko lang last week kaso ngaun ko lang nabasa ung thread kaya dko na umpisahan..hmm tumatakbo ako noon pero matgal nako nag stop almost 3 months pero ngaun nasimulan kona ulit kelangan po ba.. ung andon sa fisrt week sundin ko? kac ala po ako sinusonod basta jog lang ng jog :)

PICC ako pag sunday and pag holidays, like ngaung wednesday andun ako :)

nag try ako nun. tumatagal ako ng 5 mins jog na. then after nun, imbes na going to 6mins na ako. nagiging 4mins hanggang sa pagod na ko hahahaha.

Well di mo naman kailangan madaliin :D just take it slowly

Time to Jog na ulit! Wew hirap ng busy sa trabaho, hirap sa mag time management pero kakayanin, malapit na mag summer. Hahaha!

Last time i loose 5 lbs, now i gain 7 lbs.. lintek. hahaha! kelangan mabawi.

Kaya ba ng 1 month intense jogging to? hehehe

kaya yan sir.. mostly yan yung nagiging problem nga mga nag jogging o runner pag complete stop lalaki o mag gain daw ng weight. dapat maintain or at leaast lessen yung carbo loading hehehe
