I know this happened two years ago but smaller companies may not necessarily be as up to date or competent in handling cyberattacks. If you work for any entities still using SolarWinds you might want to inform them of this incident. This was a very sophisticated attack by the Russian hackers and embarrassingly so for the US since supposedly even Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, or CISA was penetrated.
