I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:

*If to be used for gaming,. please indicate the games you wish to play.


The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

1920 x 1080 resolution ako naglalaro at nasa 60 fps mga nilalaro ko.. mas maganda manood ka youtube sa mga laro na gusto mo for fps comparisons or reviews sa net nandun fps at settings na ginawa nila sa laro..

kasi dalawa lang yan eh.. oo nalalaro ng max reso pero nag kakatalo sa details ng laro kung max lahat ng graphics or may anti aliasing pa na 60 fps pa din...

napilitan lang ako bumili nito kasi wala ng stock ng non OC.. kasi kung ako lang ako na mag OOC kasi ganun din naman eh.. mas makakamura ka pa ng ilang daan pesos..

Fan talaga ako ng 650 Ti. Ang laking improvement nya compared sa "Non Ti" version, not to mention affordable xa.. Excited na ako dumating EVGA GTX 650 Ti SSC (Super Super Clocked) version ko. According sa reviews and benchmarks, halos mapantayan ng 650 Ti SSC ang 560 Ti eh..

Ang downside lang ng 650 Ti eh hindi xa ganun ka gandang tignan, hindi katulad ng ibang video cards na maporma.. hahaha! Pero okay lang, performance wise the best bang for buck talaga to!

nakakatakam kasi yung fx, 8 cores kasi.
a10 na lang bibilin ko.

Wag ka magpadala sa 8 cores "BS" na yan.. Ang pangit ng reviews ng Bulldozer series ng AMD. Mag Llano ka nalang. Isa pa, sa ngayon wala pa mxadong games that requires 4 cores, how much more 8 cores pa kaya? Balewala lang din yang 8 cores mo, lalo na in terms of gaming. i5 3570 > Fx8150. Take note, quad core lang ang i5 pero mas lamang pa rin sa Fx8150.

basta rule sa pag OOC.. tignan mo muna max temp ng GPU mo then saka mo galawin yung core mhz then stress test mo kung tumaas yung temp pag hindi at ok naman try mo kung ilan sagad hanggang mag crash yung OS wala eh ganun talaga.. once malaman mo sagad saka ginagalaw voltage ng isang GPU, pag naitaas mo yun at ok temps etc.. pede nya malamampasan yung sagad kaya lang ingat baka matusta yung GPU

eto stat ng video card mo in terms of temp na dapat mong bantayan.. try mo gumamit MSI afterburner for overclocking

thanks boss.. paalalay ako boss.. ang specs kasi ng pc ko ngayon proc=G620,120gb HDD,may chasis fan dalawa,memory card 2gb(667mhz) low profile,vcard 9800gt unitech 512mb 256 bit,PSU 430w true rated.. pasok ba boss para iOC natin ung vcard?

TS nid help, like ko mag assemble na desktop na matipid sa kuryente, yung pambahay lang, tamang pang browsing lang (like fb), at pang games like counterer strike at dota. ang budget ko ay 10k.

salamat sa input sers, yan nga din nababasa kong reviews sa fx, ang pangit daw ng performance, parang mala P4 prescots.
mag a10 5800k na ako.

sers, talaga bang wala ng fm2 board na may ide? o phased out na ide ngayun?
balak kong salvage yung ODD ko at yung 250hdd na ide para cpu, board at ram at psu na lang bibilin ko.

pa help po mga b0ss balak ko po bumili ng cpu lng next week sa gilmore po more on gaming po Online games na kaya ung ultra setting at nba2k13 at skyrim..budget ko po ay 17k-18k.sana po matulungan nyo ko..sana ung matipid sa kuryente hehe..

Guys pa advice naman po buy na kasi ako ng saphirre flex hd 7950 3gb oc with boost , ngayon po may prob ako kung ok lang ba ang psu ko na 500 watts

Kaya na po ba ang 500 wattz gigabyte true rated sa sapphire 7950 oc wth boost po paki speculate nalang po kung ilang wattz sila para macheck ko kung magloko pc ko sa bibilhin oo 7950

Wala namang problema, it's just that, mahina ang performance nya core for core against sa ibang processors na same price range nya. Ung GTX 650 nga din eh, pangit din ang reviews, kaunti nlng kasi difference ng price between 650 and 650 Ti. Pero lamang na lamang sa performance ang "Ti" version. Pero anyway, para sa casual gamers lang, okay lang naman un

In terms of manufacturers "credibility" xempre ASUS (although mas mahal) pero in terms of performance wala halos pinagkaiba yan TS. Ung pinagkaiba lng naman ng mga video cards from different brands eh ung mga patent design at cooler/fans nila. Performance wise similar lang.

Sir, igoogle nya lang po ung model ng isang specific processor tapos tignan nyo kung ano ung "socket" nya. Then igoogle nyo naman ung motherboard model na gusto nyo icheck, dapat same socket sila. Most common sockets nowadays eh socket 1155 (eto ung compatible sa Sandy/Ivy Bridge series ng Intel like i3, i5, i7, etc.). Socket 775 (ung gamit ng mga lumang proc ng Intel). Sa AMD naman, socket AM2, AM2+, or AM3 lang yan. I hope you get what I mean. Kung talagang gusto mo maging sure, post mo nalng dito ung model ng motherboard mo, tapos hanapan natin ng compatible ng processor.

Sir, baka magkabottleneck po yan. Maxado po kasing malakas ang Video Card nyo para sa i3. :P

Anyway, eto po ung chart para sa power consumption:

As you can see, almost 350 watts lang ang required wattage ng 7950. iadd mo jan ung other components such as (mobo, HDD, etc) and ang 2 fans + DVD Burner + eh kakayanin pa rin ng 600w na PSU yan. As long as True Rated ang PSU mo. Unless mag ccrossfire ka?

Sir pa advice nman budget ko 10-15k
tower lang po, meron na po akong monitor, mouse, keyboard, speaker.
usage: gaming (amnesia the dark decent, gta 4, far cry (kahit minimum requirements lang po) thankyou

Kayang kaya po bossing. Sa ganyang setup malamang 400w lang ang max draw ng unit mo nyan, pero mas safe na yang 500w atleast hindi ma sstress ng husto ung rails ng PSU mo.

Wag lang muna mag OC/crossfire/eyefinity para safe
