Hi guys,

I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:
Code:
budget:
usage:

other miscellaneous requirements:

*If to be used for gaming,. please indicate the games you wish to play.

The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

also please put your requests in this format:

Processor:
Motherboard:
RAM:

Video Card:

Hard Drive:
Optical Drive:

Power Supply:
Casing:

monitor:

Accessories:

please indicate (at least)the size of the hard disk desired, and also what you need/have/prefer.

Thanks.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

An example post would be as follows:
Hi. Please help me buy a computer for my son. He will be using it mainly for school and some games. He likes to play Dota and L4D. Our budget for the PC would be 20K. We already have a printer, monitor and speakers. Our monitor is a 17" CRT monitor. My son said he prefers 1gb video card.

Thank you.

Re: [ADVISE]Help you build/choose a Computer

I posted that video to show na kahit high end i7 ang CPU mo, you won't achieve 60fps on a low end GPU. yun kasi ang tinatanong nung isang member. for whatever reason kung bakit mataas ang CPU usage, even the video creator has no idea. they were only speculating on why. kahit na magtalo-talo tayo dito kung bakit nangyari yun, we can only speculate unless we can find an official answer from the creators of GTAV. though this is a healthy discussion, please learn to respect each others opinion.

mga sir ayan po specs ng system ko po. ano po kayang pwedeng iupgrade dyan? kasi po gamer ako medyo laggy po kapag naglalaro at naka lowest resolution po ako. salamat po!

built-in lang GPU mo (IGP) kaya hirap yung PC. kung magdadagdag ka ng discrete video card, your gaming experience will greatly increase. for now, the best low end GPU i can recommend is a Radeon RX460 for less than 6k. you can opt for a geforce 750ti pero for around 500 petot, you'll get 20% better performance.

Re: [ADVISE]Help you build/choose a Computer

Mga sir, pa quote naman ng desktop. Unit lang po. 25k budget. Yung kaya sana gtav. Salamat po.

heto sa dynaquest:

possible combinations: base components = 11,890
i3 + rx460 = 22,990
i5 + rx460 = 26,090
i3 + gtx 950 = 24,490
G4400 (2,700) + gtx 1060 3gb (10k) = 24,590

Re: [ADVISE]Help you build/choose a Computer

it is not the fastest out there but it's still way better than any mechanical hard drive :noidea:

kung binasa mo yung binigay kong link, yang port mo ay DVI-D which is purely digital. base sa link, ang vga port ay compatible lang sa analog na DVI.
sa madaling salita palit ka ng monitor :noidea: preferably may multiple ports na like DVI, VGA & Displayport.

edit: pwedeng DVI-D to HDMI or Displayport converter

Re: [ADVISE]Help you build/choose a Computer

9K below Is a good deal for 970.

or Why not save another 1.5k and get a better RX480. like this one Sapphire RX 480 NITRO+ OC 4gb gddr5 - PHP 11500
Sapphire_201628165747.jpg

It's edging 970 on most new games, especially on newer API's

Re: [ADVISE]Help you build/choose a Computer

mga kasymb check nyo to http://www.yugatech.com/pc-gaming/pc-build-guide-compilation-2016/

balak kong gawin ung 10k brand new build, ano sa tingin nyo?

heto comments ko:
CPU: Intel Pentium G4400 2,700
GPU: Integrated N/A
MOBO: ECS H110M-C3D 2,450
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport 4GB Single 1600 CL9 1,200
HDD: WD Caviar Blue 1TB 2,290
CASE + PSU: Tecware Mono w/600 PSU 1,100
total = 9,740

panget yung mobo at RAM kasi DDR3L lang ang gamit instead of the newer and faster DDR4.
ECS H110M4-C3D ddr4 = 2,700 (vs 2,450 DDR3L model)
Kingston HyperX FURY 4GB Single DDR4 2133MHz CL14 = 1,130 (vs 1,200 DDR3L ram)
total = 9,920
