Hi guys,

I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:
Code:
budget:
usage:

other miscellaneous requirements:

*If to be used for gaming,. please indicate the games you wish to play.

The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

also please put your requests in this format:

Processor:
Motherboard:
RAM:

Video Card:

Hard Drive:
Optical Drive:

Power Supply:
Casing:

monitor:

Accessories:

please indicate (at least)the size of the hard disk desired, and also what you need/have/prefer.

Thanks.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

An example post would be as follows:
Hi. Please help me buy a computer for my son. He will be using it mainly for school and some games. He likes to play Dota and L4D. Our budget for the PC would be 20K. We already have a printer, monitor and speakers. Our monitor is a 17" CRT monitor. My son said he prefers 1gb video card.

Thank you.

That is not a good gpu for crypto currency mining. Masyadong mababa ang hashrate nyan against sa power consumption.
Sa pagkakaalala ko, malakas noon ang r9 285x, r9 290/x, r9 380, r9 390/x, r9 fury series para sa mga lumang amd gpu.
You also have to consider yung power supply mo kung kakayanin yang mga gpu mo

sa ganitong setup boss,

"intel g4560
1050ti
asrock btc+pro h1100
HyperX Fury 8GB 2400MHz DDR4"

isa isahin ko muna ang Vcard hanggang mapuno. pero anong pwedeng PSU dyan? good for 13 or 8 Vcard?

MOBO: ASUS P8H61-M LX3 PLUS R2.0
Proc: Intel Core i3 3220
RAM: G.Skill F3-14900CL9-4GBXL (2x:Total 8gb) - DDR3
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050

1 PCI-E GIGABIT LAN
2 Fans 1 with LED (yung maliit na fan)
1 SSD
1 HDD 7200RPM
Generic CPU FAN
1 USB HUB (4 PORTS, MAY SARILING POWER)
1 USB WEBCAM
1 USB WIFI
1 KEYBOARD WITH LED
1 MOUSE

palitan mo psu try mo corsair vs450 o seasonic m12ii 520 watts

Mahal yan for video rendering. pang gaming kasi ung parts nya (Mobo and Case) at hindi mo kaylangan ng 620W na psu
Kaya mong mag build nyan brand new for the same price

Re: [ADVISE]Help you build/choose a Computer

Hi, gusto ko sana magupgrade ng laptop RAM ko from 4gb to 8gb

Laptop: Asus X556UA-XX009D
Processor: Intel® Core™ i5 6200U 2.3GHz Processor
Memory: 4GB DDR3L 1600 MHz SDRAM

Thanks

It looks too expensive to me especially when it's just a i5-6600 Kabylake processor.

LOL. That 650 peso difference. Verdict: Too expensive.

Better follow what the previous guy posted for your build. Not only it is brand new, the parts are better too especially the SSD. You could also go for Ryzen 5 1600 if you want more cores for multitasking purposes.

OFF TOPIC:

Ryzen 3 2200G and Ryzen 5 2400G are going to hit the market soon! Can't wait to see if they'll be able to hit 4.5GHz!

But for video rendering. I rather sacrifice "better" to value.

Eto pa isang cpu build, same performance but will only cost you 22k and brandnew.

budget: 30k = ( CPU+Mobo+Ram+PSU+HD+Case) next time na po video card
usage: old school gaming ( Ragnarok, Flyff, Ran Online, and occasional testing ng mga usong game)

other miscellaneous requirement: none

pa help mga LODI!

Best Motherboard ever base on experience is the ASUS 2009 na ung mga PC ko still working pa ring ung mga Assus DDr2 pa memory socket 775 pa..

Kaya pg bumibili ako parts mostly Assus motherboard intel..

for gaming mas maganda amd pero pra sa fast video editing maganda ang intel then used ka ng SSD pra mas mabilis

Anong balita sa Ryzen APU?

awaiting release of 3rd party benchmarks
naka embargo pa :waiting::quiet:
baka mamaya or bukas release ng mga yun
may leaks naman ng benchmark during CES pero stock clock yun if you want to rely on that

baka this week din, available na yun for consumer release
