Hi guys,

I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:
Code:
budget:
usage:

other miscellaneous requirements:

*If to be used for gaming,. please indicate the games you wish to play.

The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

also please put your requests in this format:

Processor:
Motherboard:
RAM:

Video Card:

Hard Drive:
Optical Drive:

Power Supply:
Casing:

monitor:

Accessories:

please indicate (at least)the size of the hard disk desired, and also what you need/have/prefer.

Thanks.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

An example post would be as follows:
Hi. Please help me buy a computer for my son. He will be using it mainly for school and some games. He likes to play Dota and L4D. Our budget for the PC would be 20K. We already have a printer, monitor and speakers. Our monitor is a 17" CRT monitor. My son said he prefers 1gb video card.

Thank you.

planning to build one with that kind of proc
TIA
Kudos!

RAM: Adata 4GB single DDR4 2400Mhz (2.5k x 2) = 5000
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1050 TI OC 4GB GDDR5 = 10150

Case: Tecware Nexus M TG Black = 1500
Total = 39870

anu ba mas magandang processor core i7 770k or core i5 8600k or suggest ng mas better basta wag lang AMD
gsto nya gtx1050ti

why the disdain for AMD? AMD is actually a better buy today than any of intel's CPU line-up. they offer better performance per peso against their intel equivalent. well, it's you money :noidea:
CPU: Intel Core i5-8600k = 13700
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z370M-D3H = 7590
RAM: GSkill Ripjaws V 16GB Dual DDR4 3200 = 10800
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1050 TI OC 4GB GDDR5 = 10150
SSD: Adata XPG SX6000 M.2 256gb PCIe = 4590 (maybe a cheaper HDD instead or a 120gb ssd)
PSU: Seasonic S12II 520W 80PLUS = 2850 (replacement EVGA BV500)
Monitor: LG 23MP68VQ 23" Frameless IPS = 7650
Total = 62,770

about sa upgrade ng HDD at RAM, get an SSD. 240~250gb costs around +4k. tapos sa ddr3 ram, medyo mahirap recommend ngayon yan kasi dinamay mga vendor ang prices ng ddr3 sa pagtaas ng presyo ng ddr4. i would recommend trying to search for a reputable vendor of 2nd hand pc components. nasa 1k lang bentahan nila usually ng 4gb na ram stick. brand new sells for around 2k for a 4gb stick

good day guys, pahelp nmn guys.

sana po my makaadvice.........

off topic ka brod. PC build/upgrade guide to, hindi internet connection troubleshooting or ISP recommendation.
i could only recommend na magreklamo ka sa customer service ng ISP mo at pag di tumino, demand ka ng pre-termination at dapat wala kang charge kasi hindi maganda ang service nila.

and bakit ang hina? ano talaga plan mo? plan 1599? 1299? or 999?

750ti only needs 60w
so, depende sa load ng entire system mo, most likely: kaya

need your input. napagiwanan na ba setup ko? mas maganda ba na benta ko nlng to at bili na ako ng bagong setup?

you have a decent rig tapos unlocked pa ang cpu mo at OC capable ang mobo. i would recommend na lagyan mo yan ng AIO liquid cooler (+4k) or Noctua NHD15 (4k), tapos overclock mo to around 4.2~4.7ghz. depende sa silicon lottery pero yan ang typical na nakakayanan ng processor na yan. sa ganyang frequency, hindi na nalalayo ang frames per second nyo ng mga latest generation ng intel.
yung monitor mo medyo low end against the rest of the system mo and you haven't mentioned kung ano yung luma mong gpu.
AMD radeon's are still overpriced and out of stock.

sa performance 1~3fps (if same gpu) halos same lang.

Thank you sir.

for graphics and video editing po kasi pagagamitan nya sir sometimes CAD rendering and gaming...is there any build that bang for the bucks, would you like to suggest for AMD and Intel sir

Good luck sa PC mo :)

you don't have to be a hardcore user to overclock nowadays.
punta ka lang ng BIOS/UEFI, set mo lang CPU multiplier to 3.8 or 4ghz (depende sa model), at yun na yun
reboot your PC and you should expect around 10% performance gain

usage: mostly for personal gaming po.

Games that will be played: Dota 2, PUBG/ROS, GTA V, Call of Duty, Ragnarok/online games
