I got this phone from my company, issue sakin.
at ang unang una ko naranasan ay ang HIRAP MAGTYPE,
. Pero nasolusyunan ko using SMART KEYBOARD, my calibration kasi dun,
at tip ko lang po sa inyo, hindi ito gaya ng iPhone na napakaresponsive ng screen sa pagtype,
maselan ang soleil,

try nyo magtype using ang center point ng thumb nyo.
sigurado akong tamang tama yan sa response ng key inputs sa soleil.
- ganyan ginagawa ko.

EDIT :

Onga pala ilan hours nyo chinarge ang soleil nyo?
ambilis kasi malobat, kahit walang tones, running apps and etc.

if i am not mistaken 4hrs charging time nya... and parang 2-3 hrs lang on heavy usage... try mo nalang idisable mga unused apps. like weather widget etc. nung ginawa ko kc un i can use up my soleil like 3-4+ hours and mapapasin mo d na sya maxado nabawas sa battery percentage kahit naka standby lang...

Soleil user din ako at hindi din ako expert sinundan ko lang yan. ayun succesfully rooted na ang phone ko.

keyboard dn before ang problem ko sa phone ko. ang ginawa ko ngdownload ako sa blackmarket ng swiftkey keyboard. para syang smart keyboard. sa playstore kasi 600 plus sya. sa blackmarket madadownload mo sya for free. very nice keyboard. you can choose both english language and tagalog at the same time. since then yan na ang default keyboard ko, swipe lang ng swipe.

sa mga nagfoforce close naman na application lalo na pag malaki ang file nya, kapag nag below 50 ang free ram nyo. gnun tlga ang mangyayari.

sa mga hirap maghanap ng driver ng soleil mahirap talaga. pero dont wori nilagay ko na sya sa baba. d ko lang matandaan kung alin sa 3 na yan ang nagwork sa akin.

NOTE: Ilagay lahat ng naidownload mong files sa iisang folder para di ka mahirapang maghanap. xD





-=Flashing CWM Recovery or TWRP Recovery=-

1. Install OTU, VCOM Driver or Universal ADB Driver to your windows based PC/Laptop.

2. In your phone...go to Settings>About phone>Advanced settings. Set to ON and check USB debugging.

3. Turn OFF your phone.

4. Extract SP_Flash_Tool_v3.1304.0.119.rar via winrar or any rar extractor.

5. Open Flash_tool.exe

6. Click Scatter-loading then locate the file MT6575_Android_scatter_emmc.txt or MT6577_Android_scatter_emmc.txt

7. Check the box named "RECOVERY" then click it (hindi ung box na may check, dapat ung mismong RECOVERY) then locate the file CWM_Recovery_OT5020.img or TWRP Recovery OT5020.img (IKAW BAHALA KUNG ANUNG GUSTO MONG GAMITIN NA RECOVERY) select it then click OPEN.

8. Click Download button on SP Flash Tool. Note: (Download warning) Yes mo lang.

9. Connect your phone using your USB Cable to the computer.

10. May yellow bar ka na makikita if na detect na yung phone mo nung SP Flash Tool. Wait mo lang hanggang matapos ang Downloading.

11. If everything passes without errors, unplug the phone, reinsert battery and boot to recovery by pressing power + volume up.

12. You should boot in CWM recovery or TWRP Recovery. Ready na tayo sa pagflash ng Superuser to gain root access.





-=Rooting your phone via CWM Recovery=-

1. While still on CWM recovery, plug the phone into PC again.

2. Navigate using volume up and down buttons. Press Power button to select and Back soft key to go back.

3. Select mounts and storage>mount USB storage.

4. Copy the root-inspire-2.zip to your sdcard.

5. After copying, select unmount and go back, then unplug your phone.

6. Select install zip from sdcard>choose zip from sdcard>root-glory-2-4030E.zip and select yes - Install root-inspire-2.zip

7. It will flash the app to the system including all needed binaries.

8. Reboot the phone and wait. It will boot normally and no data will be lost. You will see superuser app in your app drawer. You are now rooted!







-=Rooting your phone via TWRP Recovery=-

1. While still on TWRP recovery, plug the phone into PC again.

2. Tap mount in the screen then Mount USB storage.

3. Copy the root-inspire-2.zip to your sdcard.

4. After copying, select unmount and go back, then unplug your phone.

5. Tap install and locate then select root-inspire-2.zip

6. Swipe to confirm flash.

7. Reboot>System.

8. You're done.

sa mga nakakaranas po ng authentication problem sa pag connect sa wifi... try nyo muna sa ibang wifi servers.... ung sakin kc dati nakakaconnect ako sa pldt wifi ko... pero sa wifi ng tropa ko d maka connect... ok naman connection ko sa sm malls.... if kahit sang wifi eh d kayo makaconnect better if you go to your nearest alcatel service center for your problems...

shifted to xperia p nga pala ko pero glad that this thread is still alive ^,..,^

ive read a thread regarding sa mga battey saving apps tol..
mas advice nila na wag na mag install ng anti virus, battery saving apps, Etc. kasi most of the battery saving apps. na cclose lang ang unused app momentarily then nag rrun ulit dagdag pa sa battery ung pag run ng battery saving apps at antivirus... kaya mas suggested nila na idisable ang unused apps manually... gnyan ung nabasa ko pero kung it works better for you cool na cool na din hehehehehe

Please calibrate touch lens in time. Enter “Touch settings “option in “Settings” menu, choose “Touch calibration” option, and select “LCD touch calibration” to calibrate touch lens.

ung alcatel one touch soleil ko mga bossing rooted na, isearch nyo sa google ang vroot n application at install nyo sa pc nyo, tapos isearch nyo din kung panu gamitin ang vroot sa google my instruction sya, kasi chinese ang language nya. tried and tested ko na ang vroot, dalawang unit n ng alcatel ung naroot ko, nga pala ung alacatel ko nakalock sa sun postpaid
