had my Alcatel one touch for a year na, kaso na bootloop then i tried fixing it using my laptop kaso pag install ko ng android cdc driver- hindi cya gumagana-- is there any way for me to fix this, without using any flash tool?? i really need your help guys: salamat sa sasagot
